Growth Marketing Lead
Nagomi Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Security teams are not short on tools. They are short on time, alignment, and the ability to actually close exposure. That's why most breaches could have been prevented with a tool that was already in use. Nagomi was built to change that. We are the first Agentic Exposure Ops Platform, designed to prevent the preventable breach by turning fragmented signals into coordinated action. Our agents investigate risk, drive remediation, and verify that issues stay closed, continuously, without adding overhead. This is not another dashboard. It is a new way for security to operate. Recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in ASCA, Nagomi is helping organizations move from reactive workflows to continuous execution, replacing manual effort with systems that actually move the work forward. We are building something category-defining. The kind of shift people point back to later and say, "that changed how this works." The Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who wants to build, not maintain. Someone who sees demand generation as more than channels and metrics, and who will build our entire marketing program with AI at its core. This is not about using AI as a side tool. It is about designing how we generate demand, create content, reach buyers, and measure impact around what AI makes possible today. You will shape how Nagomi shows up, how we break through, and how we convert momentum into revenue. What You'll Drive • Build an AI-Native Marketing Engine — Design programs, workflows, and team practices where AI is central to how we plan, create, and scale • Create Pipeline That Matters — Build integrated campaigns that generate real pipeline and accelerate deals, not just activity • Bring Big Ideas to Market — Turn bold messaging into campaigns people notice, remember, and act on • Own the Full Funnel — From first impression to closed deal, influence how prospects move and why they convert • Connect Teams and Execution — Work across product marketing, sales, SDRs, and field to keep everything in sync • Turn Insight into Action — Use data and AI to refine, improve, and scale what works, fast Requirements What You Bring • A track record of building pipeline in B2B SaaS • Background working at cybersecurity companies, with a solid understanding of the market and buyer • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a strong point of view on how they change marketing • Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute without waiting for perfect conditions • Strong instincts for messaging, positioning, and what resonates in market • Experience working closely with sales and owning outcomes, not just outputs What Sets You Apart • You think in systems, not one-off campaigns • You push for ideas that stand out, not blend in • You treat AI as a core capability to build around, not a trend to follow • You focus on impact, not activity

Head of Growth, Self-Serve & Agents
Stigg · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Stigg Every AI company is accidentally building a bank. Every prompt, agent run and API call spends real money, and something has to decide, in real time, who is allowed to do what and how much it costs. Stigg is the usage runtime for AI products. We sit in the request path and give engineering teams real-time entitlement enforcement, AI credits, usage metering and spend governance, so they can launch any pricing model without building a ledger into their codebase. AI Credits, Under Control. Teams at Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik and AI21 Labs run on Stigg. In June 2026 we launched Stigg 2.0 at the AI Engineer World's Fair, and AI startups started showing up on their own. The role Since Stigg 2.0, self-serve signups from AI startups have roughly doubled, with no dedicated team behind them. Winning net-new AI logos is now the most important number in the company. We are hiring our first Head of Growth to turn that pull into a compounding engine. You will build and run Stigg's first product-led channel as a self-sufficient squad, with your own engineer, your own inside sales and your own budget. You own the number from first visit to activation, paid conversion and expansion. Here is the twist: more and more, the "user" evaluating Stigg is not a person. It is a coding agent reading our docs, calling our MCP server and wiring up entitlements on a developer's behalf. Next, it will be agents paying for usage on their own. You will make Stigg the default answer when an agent needs credits, metering or entitlements, and the easiest infrastructure in the world for an agent to find, integrate and pay for. What you'll own • The self-serve number, end to end. Signups, activation, free-to-paid conversion and AI logo acquisition, reviewed weekly. You decide which levers to pull and which channels to kill. • Time to value. Get a developer, or their agent, from signup to a first live entitlement check in minutes. Onboarding, quickstarts, templates, docs, the pricing page and the in-product upgrade path are yours to change. • Agents as users and as customers. Make Stigg discoverable and usable by agents: AI search (AEO / GEO), the MCP Registry and agent marketplaces, agent-readable docs and llms.txt, CLI and API-first signup, and agent-native payments (x402, Stripe's Machine Payments Protocol and whatever comes next). Measure how much of our growth comes from agents, then grow it. • Expansion revenue. Define product-qualified leads, run an inside sales motion that grows self-serve logos into bigger contracts, and hand enterprise-scale accounts to our sales team cleanly. • Your squad. Hire and lead a growth engineer and an inside sales rep, direct agencies (SEO / AEO, paid, content), and partner closely with product, engineering and marketing. You have a dedicated budget. Spend it like it is yours. Who you are • An operator, not an advisor. You have owned a self-serve number at a developer, API or AI infrastructure company, and you can tell us what it was when you started and when you left. • Technical enough to be dangerous. You read API docs, write SQL and ship your own experiments with AI tools. You pair with engineers instead of filing tickets for them. • Fast, with taste. You run lots of experiments, kill the losers without sentiment, and still know the difference between a growth hack and a product developers love. • Already building for agents. You have opinions on how coding agents discover, choose and integrate tools, because you have tested it yourself. • A player-coach. High agency, low ego, comfortable working directly with founders, with no committee between you and the decision. Requirements • 6+ years in growth, product or marketing, including 2+ years leading self-serve or product-led growth for a developer-facing product • Measurable wins in activation and free-to-paid conversion, with numbers you can walk us through • Experience building a PLG-to-sales motion: PQLs, inside sales and expansion • Experience hiring and managing a small team and agencies against a budget Bonus points • You have grown a usage-based, credits or payments infrastructure product • You have shipped an MCP server, a CLI signup flow or agent-facing docs, or experimented with x402, MPP or ACP • You have a public voice in the developer or AI community Why you'll love working at Stigg Joining now means building the first growth engine for a category-defining product, at the exact moment every AI company is figuring out how to meter, price and control usage. You will own a real budget, a real squad and a real number, with a direct line to the founders. If you are excited about turning organic pull into a compounding machine, and about what growth looks like when the customer might be an agent, we would love to meet you. Perks, office and location Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, dog-friendly office and great team vibes.

Organic Growth Manager
Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description What's Guardio? Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we've doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn't built for this - so we're building it: protection that sees the person, connects all the dots, and stops attacks and scams wherever they come from. And honestly, we all feel it here - it's just the beginning. So, what's the job? We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager. The scorecard is simple: if organic revenue grows, you're doing the job. Millions of people search for exactly what we solve, and most of them never find us. You're here to close that gap. Search is changing fast. Traditional SEO still matters, but discovery is expanding into AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. The ground is shifting under the whole discipline, so we want someone who builds, tests fast, kills what doesn't work, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief to start. You'll use AI tools and agents to operate with the output and speed of a much larger team. If your workflow looks the same as an SEO Manager’s did two years ago, this isn't the job for you. You'll work closely with agencies and internal teams, but this is an IC role and it's yours to run. You will: • Own organic discoverability at Guardio, end to end. • Build SEO and GEO strategies that grow visibility across Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines. • Design and run experiments, document what you learn, and scale what works. • Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and how people actually search. • Make sure organic growth is built into major product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the start. • Build external authority: editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high-quality backlinks. Know which of those build real trust and bring qualified visitors, and which ones just look good in a report. • Stay ahead of search. Track algorithm updates, competitor moves, AI search developments, and shifting user behavior. Test what looks promising, double down on what pays off. • Own the numbers. Build the measurement framework across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue, and know where organic growth is actually coming from. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? The more of these you check, the better: • 5+ years hands-on SEO, with real results in competitive markets. • Hands-on with GEO, AEO, and AI search, including the judgment to tell evidence from speculation. • Strong across technical SEO, on-page, and content, and fluent in the tools. • A track record of growing organic revenue, with numbers you can point to. • Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building. • Comfortable owning a revenue number when nobody is telling you how to hit it. • Bonus points: programmatic SEO, producing content at scale with AI, or running Reddit, review platforms, and other communities where customers decide who to trust.

But we’re more than just software. We’re a team of bold thinkers, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts who believe complex processes should feel simple. Our platform combines modern technology with expert services, helping our customers raise more capital, deliver a better investor experience, and scale their businesses smarter. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups. The role The Growth Lead runs Agora's growth engine and owns the pipeline it creates. You will manage the full growth team: growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing operations. You set the plan, decide where the budget goes, and hold every channel to the pipeline and revenue it drives, not the leads it reports. You're a hands-on manager: you still open the ad account, read the funnel data and fix the landing page that isn't converting. What you'll do • Own the number. Own marketing-sourced pipeline and what it costs to create. Set quarterly targets by channel and report progress every week. • Lead the team. Manage the owners of growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing ops. Set their goals, coach them, and hire as the team grows. • Run paid acquisition. Own budget, bidding, audiences and creative testing across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and new paid partners. Measure it on cost per opportunity and per customer, not cost per lead. • Grow organic and AI search. Own SEO, AEO (visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews), landing pages and conversion rate optimization. • Turn accounts into pipeline. Own ABM, intent signals and email nurture that move target accounts toward a sales conversation. • Make the data trustworthy. Own attribution, HubSpot lifecycle, lead routing and reporting, so every dollar ties to opportunities and closed revenue. • Work with sales. Partner with SDR and sales leaders on lead handoff, speed to lead and lead quality. • Keep testing. Run a steady cadence of experiments in new channels, offers and AI workflows. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. Requirements • 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 5+ years in user acquisition with hands-on ownership of paid budgets. • 2+ years managing marketers directly, not only agencies or freelancers. • B2B experience. You've optimized paid spend to pipeline and revenue in a funnel with a sales team, not to installs or sign-ups. • Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs to move marketing's leads through the funnel, from first meeting to closed revenue. • A record of lowering cost per opportunity while scaling spend, with numbers to show for it. • Hands-on experience building and running ABM and email marketing programs yourself, not only overseeing them. • Working depth across the growth mix: SEO and AEO, CRO, website, events and webinars, and attribution. • Fluency with data. You build your own analysis in HubSpot or Salesforce, GA4 and spreadsheets, without waiting for an analyst. • You use AI tools every day to move faster, from research and copy to automation. • Excellent written and spoken English. You'll work daily with US sales teams and customers. What sets you apart • You've scaled pipeline at a B2B SaaS or fintech company selling high-value contracts to a niche audience. • Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech or financial services. • You've built an attribution model from scratch. Equal opportunity Agora is an equal opportunity employer. Consistent with our mission of serving a diverse and global audience, we value a diverse workforce and inclusive culture which reflects that. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, and veteran status. Growth Lead
Mixtiles · Tel Aviv-Yafo

The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Loved by millions. Growing fast. Built lean. Photos is the product that started it all - and our largest business, generating over $150M a year. Now we’re looking for the person who can find its next chapter of growth. The Role You’ll be the Growth Lead for Core Photos - the marketing owner of our flagship product. This is a proven, scaled business. The opportunity isn’t to find product-market fit. It’s to look at a $150M+ product and ask: where does the next meaningful wave of growth come from? A new channel. A creative breakthrough. A new audience. A smarter offer. A better way to tell the story. Or something we haven’t thought of yet. You’ll set the growth strategy, decide where to place the bets, and turn them into reality. You’ll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering - bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted. This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder: someone who doesn’t just execute growth plans, but designs them. What You’ll Do • Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos • Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities • Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale • Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact • Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people • Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience • Use data to understand what’s working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins • Continuously experiment - new channels, new angles, new mechanics What We’re Looking For • Builder mindset. You’ve either built or meaningfully scaled a consumer product, growth engine, or business. You think in systems, not campaigns. • Growth judgment. You know how to find opportunities, prioritize them, and turn them into real business impact. • Marketing depth. You understand performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics, not just one layer of it. • Creative instinct. You know that great growth often starts with a great idea, not a dashboard. • Business thinking. You optimize for revenue and profitable growth, not vanity metrics. • Analytical sharpness. You use data to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions. • Ownership. You move from strategy to execution without waiting for someone else to connect the dots. • Speed. You test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly. This is not a channel management role. It’s a chance to own the growth agenda for Mixtiles’ largest product, and shape how much bigger it can become.

About the Role Riskified is building a new product-led growth motion designed to bring our technology to a much larger universe of ecommerce merchants. We are looking for a highly versatile, entrepreneurial marketer to work closely with the GM responsible for this business. This person will sit in Tel Aviv alongside the GM and act as an embedded marketing partner, with a strong connection to the broader Marketing organization. This is not a traditional channel marketing or product marketing role. It is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You will help define how merchants discover Riskified, understand our value, evaluate the product, convert, onboard, and engage. You might develop the positioning for a new merchant segment in the morning, write and build the corresponding landing page in the afternoon, and analyze its performance the following week. The right person will be comfortable operating like a startup marketer inside a larger company. You should be able to identify an opportunity, develop a point of view, build something, launch it, learn from the results, and improve it without requiring a large team around you. What You'll Be Doing • Partner closely with the GM of Product-Led Growth to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Riskified's down-market business. • Help design a scalable merchant journey across acquisition, education, evaluation, conversion, onboarding, activation, and expansion. • Develop positioning and messaging that translates Riskified's sophisticated technology into clear and compelling value propositions for smaller and mid-sized ecommerce merchants. • Design campaigns, landing pages, email and linkedin nurture programs, product education, sales enablement, and other merchant-facing experiences. • Work directly in CMS and marketing technology platforms, including WordPress, to launch and iterate on experiences without relying on specialist resources for every change. • Replicate and adapt existing website templates to quickly stand up new landing pages, campaign experiences, and tests. • Use AI tools such as Claude extensively across research, writing, ideation, analysis, prototyping, content creation, and lightweight graphic design. • Leverage brand design guidelines to create lightweight visual and creative assets when a full design process is not necessary, while knowing when to bring in specialist creative support. • Develop experiments across the funnel to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and engagement. • Use analytics and customer behavior to identify friction, develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and determine what to improve next. • Build repeatable workflows, templates, automation, and processes that allow the team to support a significantly larger volume of merchants efficiently. • Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Analytics, Design, and the broader Marketing organization to execute the growth strategy. • Develop platform-specific marketing strategies (e.g. Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce / Magento, etc.) • Continuously gather merchant, competitive, and market insights and translate them into better messaging, experiences, and growth opportunities. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, or related disciplines. • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other environment where you were expected to operate with significant autonomy and limited specialist resources. • Proven ability to take projects from strategy through hands-on execution. • Excellent (ideally native) English-language writing, messaging, and communication skills. • Strong instincts for positioning, customer psychology, and simplifying complex technology. • Comfortable working directly with web CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, HockeyStack, Mixpanel, GA4), and other digital marketing technology. • Highly proficient with AI tools and able to use them to materially increase the speed and quality of your work. • Strong visual judgment and the ability to create effective lightweight marketing assets without depending on a designer for every deliverable. • Analytical and experimental mindset, with comfort working with funnel metrics, conversion rates, behavioral data, and experimentation. • Strong process orientation and an interest in creating scalable systems rather than relying on manual execution. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, payments, fraud, or Shopify is a plus. • Experience building a PLG, self-service, SMB, or mid-market growth motion is highly valuable. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Growth Marketing Manager
Upwind Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities - including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to conduct the entire growth orchestra: paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, SEO and LLM visibility, partners and vendors. You'll own the full funnel from first impression to qualified pipeline, and you'll own the number. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't hand off briefs and wait - you׳ll build the page, launch the test, read the data, and kill what doesn't work. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work day-to-day with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and RevOps. It's an individual contributor role today with a clear path to building a team as the function scales. We work AI-natively. We expect you to reach for AI tools by default - to research, build, analyze, and ship at a pace that would have needed a team of five two years ago. What You'll Do • Own paid acquisition end to end. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads - targeting, creative, bidding, budget allocation - against pipeline and CAC targets, not clicks. Open new channels as we grow. • Own the conversion path. Partner with Content Marketing and Design to build landing pages and campaign assets, then run a continuous A/B testing program on messaging, layout, offers, and forms to move conversion rate. • Run growth as an experiment engine. Build a testing roadmap, prioritize by expected impact, run clean experiments, and turn results into decisions the whole team can act on. • Own organic and AI visibility. Drive technical and content SEO alongside LLM citation optimization- making sure Upwind shows up when security engineers and CISOs ask AI assistants about cloud security. • Manage partners and vendors. Agencies, review sites, syndication, co-marketing, events - hold them to clear KPIs and make each one earn its budget. • Build the AI-native marketing stack. Use AI tools across research, creative production, analysis, and automation to compress cycle times and scale output without scaling headcount. • Report on what matters. Build the reporting that connects spend to pipeline to revenue, and bring a clear point of view on where the next dollar should go. • Work like a seller. Sit close to Sales, understand the buyer and the deal cycle, and optimize for pipeline quality - not lead volume. Requirements • 3+ years in User Acquisition, Growth, Performance, or Marketing Management at a B2B SaaS company- cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure strongly preferred. • BA/BSc with excellence in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar quantitative field. • Hands-on paid media expertise. You've personally managed meaningful budgets in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and can explain exactly what you changed and what it did to CAC and pipeline. • Deeply analytical. You're fluent in funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. You build the model, find the insight in the data, and are comfortable defending it. • Conversion and experimentation experience. You've built and tested landing pages and know how to run an A/B test that produces a real answer. • SEO and LLM optimization know-how. You understand how organic discovery works today and are actively figuring out how it works in an AI-first world. • AI-native by default. You already use AI tools throughout your workflow and are relentless about finding new ways to work faster. • Sales instincts. You can pitch, negotiate with vendors, and think in terms of what closes deals - not what looks good in a report. • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal. You'll write copy that a US security buyer takes seriously. • A self-starter who ships. High motivation, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward getting things done in a fast-moving startup.
