Digital Marketing Manager jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description Security teams are not short on tools. They are short on time, alignment, and the ability to actually close exposure. That's why most breaches could have been prevented with a tool that was already in use. Nagomi was built to change that. We are the first Agentic Exposure Ops Platform, designed to prevent the preventable breach by turning fragmented signals into coordinated action. Our agents investigate risk, drive remediation, and verify that issues stay closed, continuously, without adding overhead. This is not another dashboard. It is a new way for security to operate. Recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in ASCA, Nagomi is helping organizations move from reactive workflows to continuous execution, replacing manual effort with systems that actually move the work forward. We are building something category-defining. The kind of shift people point back to later and say, "that changed how this works." The Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who wants to build, not maintain. Someone who sees demand generation as more than channels and metrics, and who will build our entire marketing program with AI at its core. This is not about using AI as a side tool. It is about designing how we generate demand, create content, reach buyers, and measure impact around what AI makes possible today. You will shape how Nagomi shows up, how we break through, and how we convert momentum into revenue. What You'll Drive • Build an AI-Native Marketing Engine — Design programs, workflows, and team practices where AI is central to how we plan, create, and scale • Create Pipeline That Matters — Build integrated campaigns that generate real pipeline and accelerate deals, not just activity • Bring Big Ideas to Market — Turn bold messaging into campaigns people notice, remember, and act on • Own the Full Funnel — From first impression to closed deal, influence how prospects move and why they convert • Connect Teams and Execution — Work across product marketing, sales, SDRs, and field to keep everything in sync • Turn Insight into Action — Use data and AI to refine, improve, and scale what works, fast Requirements What You Bring • A track record of building pipeline in B2B SaaS • Background working at cybersecurity companies, with a solid understanding of the market and buyer • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a strong point of view on how they change marketing • Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute without waiting for perfect conditions • Strong instincts for messaging, positioning, and what resonates in market • Experience working closely with sales and owning outcomes, not just outputs What Sets You Apart • You think in systems, not one-off campaigns • You push for ideas that stand out, not blend in • You treat AI as a core capability to build around, not a trend to follow • You focus on impact, not activity
About Stigg Every AI company is accidentally building a bank. Every prompt, agent run and API call spends real money, and something has to decide, in real time, who is allowed to do what and how much it costs. Stigg is the usage runtime for AI products. We sit in the request path and give engineering teams real-time entitlement enforcement, AI credits, usage metering and spend governance, so they can launch any pricing model without building a ledger into their codebase. AI Credits, Under Control. Teams at Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik and AI21 Labs run on Stigg. In June 2026 we launched Stigg 2.0 at the AI Engineer World's Fair, and AI startups started showing up on their own. The role Since Stigg 2.0, self-serve signups from AI startups have roughly doubled, with no dedicated team behind them. Winning net-new AI logos is now the most important number in the company. We are hiring our first Head of Growth to turn that pull into a compounding engine. You will build and run Stigg's first product-led channel as a self-sufficient squad, with your own engineer, your own inside sales and your own budget. You own the number from first visit to activation, paid conversion and expansion. Here is the twist: more and more, the "user" evaluating Stigg is not a person. It is a coding agent reading our docs, calling our MCP server and wiring up entitlements on a developer's behalf. Next, it will be agents paying for usage on their own. You will make Stigg the default answer when an agent needs credits, metering or entitlements, and the easiest infrastructure in the world for an agent to find, integrate and pay for. What you'll own • The self-serve number, end to end. Signups, activation, free-to-paid conversion and AI logo acquisition, reviewed weekly. You decide which levers to pull and which channels to kill. • Time to value. Get a developer, or their agent, from signup to a first live entitlement check in minutes. Onboarding, quickstarts, templates, docs, the pricing page and the in-product upgrade path are yours to change. • Agents as users and as customers. Make Stigg discoverable and usable by agents: AI search (AEO / GEO), the MCP Registry and agent marketplaces, agent-readable docs and llms.txt, CLI and API-first signup, and agent-native payments (x402, Stripe's Machine Payments Protocol and whatever comes next). Measure how much of our growth comes from agents, then grow it. • Expansion revenue. Define product-qualified leads, run an inside sales motion that grows self-serve logos into bigger contracts, and hand enterprise-scale accounts to our sales team cleanly. • Your squad. Hire and lead a growth engineer and an inside sales rep, direct agencies (SEO / AEO, paid, content), and partner closely with product, engineering and marketing. You have a dedicated budget. Spend it like it is yours. Who you are • An operator, not an advisor. You have owned a self-serve number at a developer, API or AI infrastructure company, and you can tell us what it was when you started and when you left. • Technical enough to be dangerous. You read API docs, write SQL and ship your own experiments with AI tools. You pair with engineers instead of filing tickets for them. • Fast, with taste. You run lots of experiments, kill the losers without sentiment, and still know the difference between a growth hack and a product developers love. • Already building for agents. You have opinions on how coding agents discover, choose and integrate tools, because you have tested it yourself. • A player-coach. High agency, low ego, comfortable working directly with founders, with no committee between you and the decision. Requirements • 6+ years in growth, product or marketing, including 2+ years leading self-serve or product-led growth for a developer-facing product • Measurable wins in activation and free-to-paid conversion, with numbers you can walk us through • Experience building a PLG-to-sales motion: PQLs, inside sales and expansion • Experience hiring and managing a small team and agencies against a budget Bonus points • You have grown a usage-based, credits or payments infrastructure product • You have shipped an MCP server, a CLI signup flow or agent-facing docs, or experimented with x402, MPP or ACP • You have a public voice in the developer or AI community Why you'll love working at Stigg Joining now means building the first growth engine for a category-defining product, at the exact moment every AI company is figuring out how to meter, price and control usage. You will own a real budget, a real squad and a real number, with a direct line to the founders. If you are excited about turning organic pull into a compounding machine, and about what growth looks like when the customer might be an agent, we would love to meet you. Perks, office and location Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, dog-friendly office and great team vibes.
Description What's Guardio? Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we've doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn't built for this - so we're building it: protection that sees the person, connects all the dots, and stops attacks and scams wherever they come from. And honestly, we all feel it here - it's just the beginning. So, what's the job? We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager. The scorecard is simple: if organic revenue grows, you're doing the job. Millions of people search for exactly what we solve, and most of them never find us. You're here to close that gap. Search is changing fast. Traditional SEO still matters, but discovery is expanding into AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. The ground is shifting under the whole discipline, so we want someone who builds, tests fast, kills what doesn't work, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief to start. You'll use AI tools and agents to operate with the output and speed of a much larger team. If your workflow looks the same as an SEO Manager’s did two years ago, this isn't the job for you. You'll work closely with agencies and internal teams, but this is an IC role and it's yours to run. You will: • Own organic discoverability at Guardio, end to end. • Build SEO and GEO strategies that grow visibility across Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines. • Design and run experiments, document what you learn, and scale what works. • Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and how people actually search. • Make sure organic growth is built into major product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the start. • Build external authority: editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high-quality backlinks. Know which of those build real trust and bring qualified visitors, and which ones just look good in a report. • Stay ahead of search. Track algorithm updates, competitor moves, AI search developments, and shifting user behavior. Test what looks promising, double down on what pays off. • Own the numbers. Build the measurement framework across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue, and know where organic growth is actually coming from. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? The more of these you check, the better: • 5+ years hands-on SEO, with real results in competitive markets. • Hands-on with GEO, AEO, and AI search, including the judgment to tell evidence from speculation. • Strong across technical SEO, on-page, and content, and fluent in the tools. • A track record of growing organic revenue, with numbers you can point to. • Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building. • Comfortable owning a revenue number when nobody is telling you how to hit it. • Bonus points: programmatic SEO, producing content at scale with AI, or running Reddit, review platforms, and other communities where customers decide who to trust.
Description Agora is a leading SaaS and FinTech platform transforming how real estate investment firms manage their capital, investors, and operations. Trusted by 1000+ GPs, owners/operators, and investment firms globally, we help teams streamline the full lifecycle of investment management - from fundraising and onboarding to reporting, distributions, tax, and back-office automation. But we’re more than just software. We’re a team of bold thinkers, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts who believe complex processes should feel simple. Our platform combines modern technology with expert services, helping our customers raise more capital, deliver a better investor experience, and scale their businesses smarter. Agora is backed by top-tier VCs like Insight Partners and Qumra Capital, and we’re growing fast. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups. The role The Growth Lead runs Agora's growth engine and owns the pipeline it creates. You will manage the full growth team: growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing operations. You set the plan, decide where the budget goes, and hold every channel to the pipeline and revenue it drives, not the leads it reports. You're a hands-on manager: you still open the ad account, read the funnel data and fix the landing page that isn't converting. What you'll do • Own the number. Own marketing-sourced pipeline and what it costs to create. Set quarterly targets by channel and report progress every week. • Lead the team. Manage the owners of growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing ops. Set their goals, coach them, and hire as the team grows. • Run paid acquisition. Own budget, bidding, audiences and creative testing across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and new paid partners. Measure it on cost per opportunity and per customer, not cost per lead. • Grow organic and AI search. Own SEO, AEO (visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews), landing pages and conversion rate optimization. • Turn accounts into pipeline. Own ABM, intent signals and email nurture that move target accounts toward a sales conversation. • Make the data trustworthy. Own attribution, HubSpot lifecycle, lead routing and reporting, so every dollar ties to opportunities and closed revenue. • Work with sales. Partner with SDR and sales leaders on lead handoff, speed to lead and lead quality. • Keep testing. Run a steady cadence of experiments in new channels, offers and AI workflows. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. Requirements • 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 5+ years in user acquisition with hands-on ownership of paid budgets. • 2+ years managing marketers directly, not only agencies or freelancers. • B2B experience. You've optimized paid spend to pipeline and revenue in a funnel with a sales team, not to installs or sign-ups. • Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs to move marketing's leads through the funnel, from first meeting to closed revenue. • A record of lowering cost per opportunity while scaling spend, with numbers to show for it. • Hands-on experience building and running ABM and email marketing programs yourself, not only overseeing them. • Working depth across the growth mix: SEO and AEO, CRO, website, events and webinars, and attribution. • Fluency with data. You build your own analysis in HubSpot or Salesforce, GA4 and spreadsheets, without waiting for an analyst. • You use AI tools every day to move faster, from research and copy to automation. • Excellent written and spoken English. You'll work daily with US sales teams and customers. What sets you apart • You've scaled pipeline at a B2B SaaS or fintech company selling high-value contracts to a niche audience. • Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech or financial services. • You've built an attribution model from scratch. Equal opportunity Agora is an equal opportunity employer. Consistent with our mission of serving a diverse and global audience, we value a diverse workforce and inclusive culture which reflects that. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, and veteran status. The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Loved by millions. Growing fast. Built lean. Photos is the product that started it all - and our largest business, generating over $150M a year. Now we’re looking for the person who can find its next chapter of growth. The Role You’ll be the Growth Lead for Core Photos - the marketing owner of our flagship product. This is a proven, scaled business. The opportunity isn’t to find product-market fit. It’s to look at a $150M+ product and ask: where does the next meaningful wave of growth come from? A new channel. A creative breakthrough. A new audience. A smarter offer. A better way to tell the story. Or something we haven’t thought of yet. You’ll set the growth strategy, decide where to place the bets, and turn them into reality. You’ll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering - bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted. This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder: someone who doesn’t just execute growth plans, but designs them. What You’ll Do • Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos • Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities • Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale • Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact • Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people • Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience • Use data to understand what’s working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins • Continuously experiment - new channels, new angles, new mechanics What We’re Looking For • Builder mindset. You’ve either built or meaningfully scaled a consumer product, growth engine, or business. You think in systems, not campaigns. • Growth judgment. You know how to find opportunities, prioritize them, and turn them into real business impact. • Marketing depth. You understand performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics, not just one layer of it. • Creative instinct. You know that great growth often starts with a great idea, not a dashboard. • Business thinking. You optimize for revenue and profitable growth, not vanity metrics. • Analytical sharpness. You use data to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions. • Ownership. You move from strategy to execution without waiting for someone else to connect the dots. • Speed. You test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly. This is not a channel management role. It’s a chance to own the growth agenda for Mixtiles’ largest product, and shape how much bigger it can become.
