Description We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead for a role combining technical leadership, cloud architecture, and team management. The role includes designing and building AWS environments from the ground up for a variety of customers, from startups to large enterprises, while leading and mentoring a team of DevOps Engineers. You will work directly with customers technology leadership (CTOs, R&D Managers), participate in Pre-Sales activities, make technical decisions, and lead the adoption of AI tools and infrastructure for AI projects. Responsibilities Leadership & Management • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers, including task prioritization, Code Reviews, training, and knowledge sharing. • Establish Best Practices, standards, and reusable templates across the team. • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members. • Lead the adoption of AI tools within the team's workflows. Cloud Architecture & Customers • Design end-to-end AWS architectures with a focus on security, availability, scalability, and cost. • Lead the setup of Greenfield AWS environments, including Multi-Account, Landing Zones, and AWS Networking. • Lead cloud migration and modernization projects. • Work directly with customers' technology leadership on requirements, solutions, and infrastructure roadmaps. • Participate in Pre-Sales, including technical proposals and effort estimation. • Design infrastructure for AI projects, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Vector DBs, and RAG Pipelines. Hands-On • Lead enterprise-level Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation. • Design and lead CI/CD and GitOps processes. • Drive Observability, Cloud Security, Compliance, and FinOps initiatives. • Handle complex incidents and lead Post-Mortems. Requirements What We're Looking For • At least 2 years of professional leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead. • 5+ years of DevOps experience, including 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience. • Proven experience designing complex cloud architectures and building AWS environments from scratch. • Strong knowledge of AWS Networking and AWS Organizations / Multi-Account environments. • Strong proficiency in Terraform, including building enterprise-level modules. • Extensive experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Helm. • Experience designing and leading CI/CD and GitOps processes. • Strong knowledge of Linux, Python / Bash, and Cloud Security (IAM, SCPs, WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub). • Advanced use of AI tools in day-to-day work, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro. • Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously. • High-level English, including technical documentation and working with international customers. Nice to Have • Experience in a project-based company, consulting firm, MSP, or AWS Partner. • AWS Professional / Specialty certifications. • Experience leading large-scale AWS migrations. • Experience building infrastructure for Agentic AI solutions, including platforms and SDLC processes. • Experience with Pre-Sales and technical proposals. • Experience with Serverless, FinOps, and large-scale cloud cost optimization. • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and Multi-Cloud environments (Azure / GCP).

Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer specializing in AWS to work with multiple customers across a variety of projects and industries. The role includes building AWS environments from the ground up, implementing infrastructure and CI/CD processes, and working closely with customers' development and infrastructure teams. You’ll gain wide and diverse experience in a dynamic environment, different technologies and architectures, while using AI tools in your daily work and taking part in projects involving AI solutions. Responsibilities AWS & Cloud Infrastructure • Build Greenfield AWS environments, including Organizations, Multi-Account structures, Landing Zones / Control Tower, and SCPs. • Design and implement AWS infrastructure, including VPC, Subnets, Routing, Transit Gateway, VPN, Security Groups, Route 53, Load Balancers, KMS, and IAM. • Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices across security, availability, performance, and cost. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation. DevOps & Customer Collaboration • Build and improve CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and GitLab. • Implement and manage Observability and monitoring solutions, including CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. • Support multiple DEV, STG, and PROD environments across several customers. • Work directly with customers' Development, QA, and Security teams to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Use AI tools such as Claude Code and Kiro for coding, IaC, automation, and troubleshooting. • Participate in building infrastructure for AI projects, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. Requirements Requirements • 2–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with hands-on AWS experience • Practical experience building AWS environments and Networking. • Experience with AWS Organizations, Multi-Account environments, and IAM. • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation). • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar. • Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes. • Experience working with Linux and scripting using Bash / Python. • Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work. • Ability to work on multiple projects and customers simultaneously, with strong prioritization and context-switching skills. • Strong service orientation, interpersonal skills, and customer-facing abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong self-learning mindset. Nice to Have • Experience in a project-based company, consulting firm, or MSP. • AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect – Associate, SysOps Administrator, or Advanced Networking. • Experience with AWS Control Tower / Landing Zone. • Experience with EKS, Helm, and Argo CD / Flux CD. • Knowledge of Cloud Security, including SCPs, WAF, GuardDuty, and Security Hub. • Experience building infrastructure for Agentic AI solutions, including platforms and SDLC processes. • Familiarity with FinOps and AWS cost optimization. • Good English, including working with international customers. • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
