Description About the Role We’re looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of Hermes production. Hermes is our playable ads production team, working in a fast-moving, technical, AI-driven environment with internally developed tools. In this role, your main focus will be keeping production stable, clear, and moving. You’ll ensure teams, tasks, resources, and priorities are aligned so playable production flows smoothly from onboarding through delivery. This is a hands-on execution role for someone highly organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving production environment. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Production Execution and Flow • Own the day-to-day execution flow of playable production and keep delivery moving. • Keep production priorities and team alignment tied to business needs and delivery commitments. • Act as the production gatekeeper: clear blockers and make sure required inputs are in place on time. • Maintain a clear, reliable view of active production status, ownership, deadlines, risks and blockers. • Give regular operational updates so stakeholders stay aligned and don't need to chase. • Find friction in the production pipeline and suggest practical fixes that improve speed, clarity and delivery quality. • Maintain the operational workflows that support quality assurance and reduce bottlenecks. • Work with Product, Tech and Customer Success to adopt new workflows, automations and internal tool improvements. Requirements What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience in operations, production, project management or a similar execution-focused role, ideally in gaming, advertising or media. • Experience managing day-to-day work across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira or ClickUp). • Highly organized: you manage priorities, deadlines, ownership and follow-ups without dropping things. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to flag gaps, inconsistencies and risks early. • A problem-solving mindset and quick, proactive decision-making. • Comfortable working with reports, dashboards and status tracking, and in an environment of internal tools and AI-driven workflows. • Clear communication, written and spoken. You'll keep teams aligned and stakeholders updated. • Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll lead meetings, write documentation and work with global team members. • Working days: Monday to Friday (10:00-19:00) to align with our global teams. Bonus Points • Experience in mobile gaming, playable ads, creative production or performance marketing. • Experience working with Product and Tech teams on internal tools, automations or workflow improvements. • Experience in a startup, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities • Practice & Domain Leadership: Direct and scale our Delivery domain, establishing high-performance benchmarks and scalable advisory methodologies. • Large-Scale Engagement Governance: Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex technology portfolios (ERP, SAP, and major IT transformations), securing high-quality client outcomes and seamless integration. • Professional & Architectural Guidance: Provide subject-matter leadership and architectural decision-making on complex client challenges. • People & Team Development: Directly manage and mentor Project Managers while working closely with development teams. • Engagement Quality & Client Success: Ensure service quality, strict SLA compliance, and maximum client satisfaction to cultivate long-term, trusted-advisor relationships. • Business Development & Account Expansion: Drive organic revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client footprints. • Commercial Leadership & Pre-Sales: Lead high-impact commercial activities, from pre-sales processes and bespoke solution design to presenting at executive-level client meetings. • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner with business unit leadership to support overall growth objectives and collaborate with global partners across our network. Requirements • Significant experience managing IT projects. • Experience managing technology teams or leading large-scale technology initiatives. • Strong technological background with the ability to lead and guide at the architectural level. • Professional-level experience and deep familiarity with oracle / SAP and ERP systems. • Proven experience in business development, client growth, and expanding existing customer accounts. • Proven experience identifying business opportunities and driving commercial growth initiatives. • Strong commercial acumen combined with solid technological understanding. • Experience with cloud, development, architecture, or information systems is an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with high emotional intelligence. • Fluent English and experience working with international teams and clients. • Ability to work independently, make decisions, handle high workloads, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
