Description מנועי בית שמש מגייסת תכנת CNC לאגף הייצור. התפקיד כולל עבודה על מכונות חריטה, כרסום ומולטיטסקינג, משלב קבלת השרטוט ועד לאישור החלק הראשון בייצור. בתיאור התפקיד: • תכנות מכונת חריטה/כרסום באמצעות תוכנת CAM • תכנון תהלכי עיבוד ובחירת כלים • עבודה עם שרטוטים טכניים עבודה במשרה מלאה, בסביבה תעשייתית ודינמית, תנאים מעולים! Requirements ניסיון בתכנות מכונות כרסום ו/או חריטה באמצעות תוכנות CAM – חובה. היכרות עם עיבוד חלקים מדויקים, כולל תכנון תהליכי עיבוד, בחירת כלים והגדרות מתאימות. יכולת קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים טכניים ברמה גבוהה. ניסיון בעבודה עם מספר סוגי בקרות CNC עבודה עצמאית תוך שמירה על דיוק, איכות.

What will you be doing? • Lead the process control for complete life cycle of the product. • Verification of ECO/DEV on the production floor and production system. • Participate in and/or champion • performance improvement team as required to address machine/process related issues. • Assist in the training of Operators in the theory of operation and maintenance of production equipment and related systems. • Perform non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity. • May innovate new approaches or make recommendations for the improvement of manufacturing processes. Requirements Knowledge in: • Use PICK AND PLACE Yamaha. • Use Koh Young and Mek software to generate & troubleshoot AOI ,SPI,VOI production programs related support issues. • Use Nordson and Phoenix software to generate & troubleshoot X-ray • production programs & X-ray related support issues. Requirements: • High School education with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field. • Ability to troubleshoot production programs for AOI,SPI,VOI,P&P and X-Ray equipment. • Working knowledge of SMT equipment & related process’s. • High level in English It would be great advantage if you are experienced in: • Agile. • Machinery and automation experience. • IPC610 Additional Skills: • Creative, “Out of Box” thinking, • Multi-tasking. • Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems. • “Team player”- know how to work in a group.
