In one sentence Agentic Operations & Trust is Amdocs’ unified organization responsible for agentic transformation, enterprise technology, and information security. The Head of Technology is the senior technical leader of the organization, reporting directly to the Group Leader. This role defines and owns the technology vision, architecture strategy, and engineering standards underpinning the organization's agentic platform, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, knowledge management, identity, governance, and security. The Head of Technology serves as the ultimate authority on cross-functional technology decisions and works closely with the CISO to ensure security, trust, and governance are embedded by design across all solutions and platforms. What will your job look like? • Define and drive the technology vision, enterprise architecture, and long-term roadmap across the organization's technology landscape, including its core agentic platform. • Establish the technical standards, frameworks, and reference architectures that enable Amdocs to scale agentic capabilities across its core business processes. • Act as the final decision-maker on strategic architecture choices, including build vs. buy, centralized vs. federated, and platform vs. point solution investments. • Partner with the CISO to ensure all architecture decisions align with the organization's security and governance principles, including scoped identity, least privilege, human approval controls, auditability, evaluation frameworks, and operational safeguards. • Balance centralized platform governance with domain autonomy, enabling innovation while maintaining consistency, reliability, and security. Lead technology strategy across Transformation, IT, and Security, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives. • Represent the organization's technology vision with senior executives, customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders. • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation. All you need is... • Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect, or equivalent senior technology leader in a large-scale enterprise environment. • Deep expertise in AI and agentic systems, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, identity, access management, and governance for autonomous agents. • Demonstrated success building enterprise platforms, standards, and reusable capabilities that enable multiple teams and business units. Experience operating at the intersection of engineering, security, business operations, and enterprise transformation. • Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, strategic partners, and technology vendors. • Exceptional judgment in making and defending complex technology trade-offs across engineering, security, and business domains. • Executive-level communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting technology strategy and architecture recommendations to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. Description Role Overview We are looking for a visionary and multi‑disciplinary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical strategy and research, redefine Healthcare AI and infrastructure, and a passion for technology to build innovative, impactful products. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and a proven track record of scaling pharmacie & AI, and secure software architectures. You will leverage the company’s technology, data, and tools to drive core product development, ensure robust security, and pioneer advanced technical capabilities to support our rapid growth. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role and a unique opportunity to help build, shape, and scale the technology function within a rapidly growing startup. Responsibilities: • Lead advanced technology research nd innovation, evaluating cutting-edge technologies, AI capabilities, and architectures to keep our company ahead of the market. • Own and execute 'special standalone' technical projects, driving high-impact initiatives from proof-of-concept to initial implementation. • Architect and design robust, scalable systems for both modern cloud environments and secure, isolated On-Premises/hybrid infrastructures. • Serve as the ultimate authority on cybersecurity maturity and reverse engineering, proactively researching vulnerabilities and designing advanced defense-in-depth protocols for enterprise data. • Conduct deep technical feasibility research on complex customer requirements, translating market opportunities into groundbreaking technical solutions. • Define and enforce high-level engineering standards, architectural blueprints, and security compliance KPIs across the entire platform. • Partner closely with the VP R&D and Product leadership to seamlessly transition researched technologies and completed special projects into the core product delivery pipeline. • Communicate the overarching technical vision, research findings, and security posture to Requirements Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Technical Leadership /CTO/ R&D Management for B2B AI/cybersecurity or Digital Health data products – startup experience required. • 4+ years of experience in architectural/research leadership. • Proven track record with on-prem environments, including hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining secure software within client-hosted or hybrid infrastructures. • Strong technical background in Cyber Security and Reverse Engineering, with the ability to analyze complex software systems, secure data pipelines, and mitigate vulnerabilities.Advantage • Deep experience with scalable software architectures and secure data processing at scale. • Demonstrated strength in risk management, architectural decision-making, and driving execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment across time zones. Nice to Have • Executive‑level communication skills and experience defending technical architecture and security compliance during enterprise procurement processes. • Technical leadership experience within healthcare, InsurTech, FinTech, or highly regulated, compliance-heavy industries (HIPAA/SOC2).
