Description You will be responsible for executing procurement activities end to end, from purchase request to materrial arrival,managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective, timely purchasing aligned with project and supply chain requirements. Responsibilities: Execute purchasing activities based on approved Purchase Requests (PRs) Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and manage order confirmations Negotiate pricing, lead time, and commercial terms with suppliers Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performanceidentify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative sourcing options. Manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and supplier comparisonsTrack order status and proactively manage delays or supply issues Work closely with Project SCM to align procurement with project priorities Coordinate with Logistics for shipment planning and delivery tracking Support NPI with sourcing, AVL alignment, and component alternatives Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, and documentation. Maintain high data accuracy in ERP systems (POs, suppliers, pricing, lead times)  Requirements • 7+ years of experience in direct procurement/purchasing/supply chain • Proven experience as a Buyer / Procurement Specialist in hardware-based companies • Hands-on experience with: Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier management, RFQ processes • Strong understanding of: Material flow & Supply chain processes end-to-end • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Priority, etc.) • Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. • Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our Procurement team. The Purchasing Specialist will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery. • Support global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities). • Issue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. • Request quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Israel and abroad. • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. • Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply issues. • Maintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material availability. • Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and procurement reporting. Key Requirements • 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field – an advantage. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills. • Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
