This is a unique opportunity to set the design tone and lead creative processes from A to Z while working closely with a diverse range of clients. In this role, you'll bridge traditional design mastery with state-of-the-art AI workflows — ideating high-level creative concepts and executing them to perfection, while leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping, explore radical new aesthetics, and scale stunning marketing collateral. What you'll do • End-to-End Brand & Marketing Creation: Own the design process from initial concept to final delivery across branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX, and motion graphics. • AI-Augmented Ideation & Production: Integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to rapidly prototype visual concepts, generate unique design assets, and streamline production. • Client & Studio Leadership: Pitch bold ideas directly to clients, translate complex briefs into actionable visual strategies, and set the aesthetic bar for the studio. • Cross-Platform Execution: Design high-converting marketing materials, digital assets, brand identities, interactive Webflow sites, and engaging motion content. • Toolchain Mastery: Combine classic creative applications with emerging AI models to push the boundaries of what's visually possible. What you bring • Education: A relevant degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field — backed by a real passion for visual culture. • Taste & Vision: A serious obsession with aesthetics in branding, concept creation, typography, and life in general. • Communication: Exceptional attentiveness and advanced communication skills, able to articulate complex design decisions and AI workflows clearly to clients and internal teams alike. • Portfolio: A standout online portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in branding and marketing design, alongside creative experiments or practical implementations using AI tools. • Generative AI & Emerging Tech: Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and ChatGPT/Claude for prompt engineering and concept generation, plus a drive to adopt new AI design tools as they emerge. We're looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer who brings both exceptional craft and strategic vision to our brand. You'll be a key creative voice on our high-velocity team, where speed meets intention, moving quickly without sacrificing quality, experimenting boldly, and building work that drives measurable impact. Partnering closely with Marketing, Growth, and Brand related teams. you'll shape how millions experience the Guardio brand and help set the creative direction across our entire brand and marketing ecosystem. You will:  • Bring versatile design experience, including marketing campaigns, web design, brand development, and a solid understanding of design principles. • Own the Guardio brand look and feel, creating and implementing brand guidelines for each project. • Lead design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery. You have a great chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 5+ years of experience as a Brand & Marketing Designer, with a portfolio that shows you know how to build a cohesive brand identity. • A sharp eye for design: You have a deep understanding of design principles and you know how to use them to create work that is both effective and beautiful. • Highly proficient in Figma and experienced in leveraging Generative AI workflows to accelerate creative concepting and asset production. • Good experience with "design vibe coding" and a habit of experimenting with new ways to bring your designs to life. • Hands-on mastery and a knack for staying ahead of design trends while maintaining a consistent brand voice. • Creative thinker who can translate business goals into compelling visuals that resonate with a B2C audience. • Extra points for experience in motion design or evolving an existing brand system.
