With a strong focus on technology, data, and business performance, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the payment experience, increase transaction approval rates, and optimize payment costs. We are looking for a talented and proactive Payment Manager to join our team and take ownership of our payment operations, build strong relationships with payment providers, and help drive business growth through better payment performance. If you are passionate about payments, analytics, and making a real business impact, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Work closely with payment providers and build strong business relationships. Track payment performance, approval rates, and payment costs, and find ways to improve them. Choose the best payment provider for each transaction to increase approval rates and reduce costs. Analyze declined transactions and find ways to reduce unnecessary declines and prevent players from leaving. Work with payment providers to understand their requirements, solve problems, and improve transaction success rates. Analyze data and find opportunities to increase successful payments and company revenue. Improve payment processes and systems together with other teams. Requirements Experience in payments, payment operations, payment optimization, or working with payment providers. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand data and find ways to improve results. A proactive and independent person with a strong sense of ownership. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships. A business mindset and an understanding of how payment performance and costs affect company revenue.
