Description What we are looking for: Engineering department at Nova is looking for a Product Leader to be responsible of End to End system engineering related aspects. You’ll be joining the Engineering team. Nova’s Engineering department is part of DMD division. You will be responsible for overseeing all NPI-related processes, ensuring manufacturability and sustainability across Nova’s multidisciplinary products, including both hardware and software. Role Responsibilities What will you be doing: • Own end-to-end product engineering activities from product conception to full manufacturing deployment and ongoing support. • Lead NPI activities from the early design phases (DFx, prototyping) through the first article stage, implementation (High Volume Manufacturing), and ongoing sustainability • Support Production requirements, jigs/ test tools, troubleshooting, cost reduction activity and reliability • Lead and support aspects of existing products through ECO, including new Design, Failure Analysis, Wavers review, End Of Life substitute, Procedures • Act as a focal point with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Service and R&D Requirements • B.Sc. in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electro-Optics, Optics, Physics, Mechanical or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering or an equivalent role • Semiconductor industry- must • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working on complex multidisciplinary activities in projects and matrix environments, managing parallel tasks and interfaces • Proven experience working across R&D, Operations, Quality, Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations. • Experience with Engineering processes, NPI, Transfer to Production- mandatory • Hands-on experience with Python and/or MATLAB- advantage • Experience with metrology systems or Tool integration- advantage • English – High level That special something you bring in: • Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment • Excellent inter-personal communication skills and team relationships • Good self-learning ability Get to know us better: Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI) is a global company and a leading provider of innovative metrology solutions for process control in semiconductor manufacturing. We are looking for AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join an Hebrew speech data collection project and help support the evaluation and development of the next generation of AI technologies. Job Type: Freelance Location: Work from home Work Schedule: Flexible, task-based work (approximately 2–4 hours daily) Project Duration: TBC Start Date: Immediately Rate: 13 USD/hour Help Shape the Future of AI This short project offers an opportunity to evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI technologies by providing spontaneous speech collected from real-life situations. How Your Recordings Will Be Used The collected recordings, annotations, and related metadata will be used to evaluate the spontaneous speech capabilities of speech-enabled AI models. The compiled data may be reviewed for quality and incorporated into datasets used for research, development, testing, and improvement of AI systems. What You’ll Do • Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with the project guidelines. • Participate in or capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual one-on-one discussions. • Complete individual or two-person conversational speech tasks, or participate in voice or voice-text interactions with an AI or machine-based system. • Annotate collected speech data according to the instructions provided. • Provide the required information and metadata related to each recording. What We’re Looking For • Native-level fluency in Hebrew. • Authentic pronunciation and strong familiarity with the target language through everyday use. • Advanced level of English to understand written instructions. • Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own. • Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage, but not required. • Strong attention to detail when providing annotations and recording metadata. • Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions. Technical Requirements • Quiet room or recording space with minimal background noise. • Computer microphone or headset with microphone. • Reliable internet connection. • Ability to access and use an online recording platform.
