We are looking for a hands-on Senior Applied AI Evaluation Engineer to improve how our RAN R&D organization analyzes engineering tickets, supports Root-Cause Analysis, recommends ownership, and learns from resolved cases. You will build rigorous evaluation datasets, establish meaningful baselines, compare internal and approved external tools, analyze failure modes, and prototype improvements across retrieval, classification, prompting, agent workflows, and model selection. This role is focused on measurable, evidence-based improvement rather than AI demonstrations. You will assess whether AI-generated conclusions are accurate, grounded in evidence, appropriately calibrated, and useful to engineering teams. As a secondary area of focus, you will analyze engineering workflows at case and team level to identify bottlenecks, handoffs, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement. What you will do: • Define high-value RAN ticket-intelligence use cases, acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, and quality guardrails. • Build and maintain representative, versioned evaluation datasets using resolved tickets, Root-Cause Analysis, logs, test evidence, code changes, reviews, reassignment history, and outcomes. • Establish current-tool and non-AI baselines before evaluating new LLM, RAG, search, or agent-based approaches. • Evaluate approved internal, commercial, local, and open-source solutions using secure and reproducible data-handling processes. • Measure retrieval quality, groundedness, diagnosis accuracy, citation support, routing recommendations, calibration, abstention, latency, cost, and human effort. • Design held-out, time-based, edge, and adversarial test cases while preventing data leakage and future-outcome contamination. • Analyze failures and turn incorrect conclusions, misrouting, unsupported claims, and missed evidence into prioritized improvements. • Prototype improvements in search, metadata, context construction, prompting, reranking, classification, agent workflows, and model selection. • Develop reusable evaluation pipelines, tools, services, APIs, dashboards, or documented workflows. • Work closely with AI, RAN, QA, System Integration, Release, Field, data, and engineering teams to review results and support evidence-based decisions. What you should have: • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning, data science, search, natural-language processing, analytics engineering, or AI-enabled software systems. • Recent experience evaluating LLM, RAG, search, or agent systems using representative datasets, task-specific metrics, human review, failure analysis, and regression testing. • Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building maintainable data pipelines, experiment workflows, services, or analytical tools. • Practical experience with several areas such as information retrieval, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, classification, structured outputs, tool calling, or common LLM failure modes. • Strong statistical judgment, including sampling, leakage prevention, uncertainty, calibration, precision and recall, temporal drift, and controlled comparison of competing approaches. • Ability to work with semi-structured engineering data from issue-tracking systems, source control, code reviews, continuous integration, logs, dashboards, and test systems. • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain results, limitations, and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: • Knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, Open RAN, telecom-support workflows, or demonstrated ability to learn a technically complex domain through close collaboration with subject-matter experts. • Experience with enterprise search, RAG evaluation, knowledge graphs, process mining, anomaly detection, or graph-based analysis. • Familiarity with Jira, Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD telemetry, software-delivery analytics, evaluation frameworks, experiment tracking, or data versioning. • Experience working with open-weight LLMs, commercial model APIs, local inference, proprietary code, customer logs, or access-controlled engineering data. • Experience handling privacy-sensitive or regulated data in secure enterprise environments. Our Team, Your Impact The Technology Department at the sterile manufacturing site is responsible for leading the core technological processes that support the production of sterile pharmaceutical products, from the introduction of new products through the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment at the site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a professional team of engineers and technologists, while maintaining ongoing interfaces with all relevant site functions to ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing in compliance with the most stringent regulatory requirements. How You’ll Spend Your Day • Manage the Technology Department, comprising engineers and technologists supporting sterile operations. • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and ensure successful implementation in sterile manufacturing. • Own the characterization, design, and implementation of new equipment in accordance with product and operational requirements. • Drive technological and process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance, quality, and operational efficiency. • Manage and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Controls, and critical work instructions, ensuring timely and high-quality closure. • Lead cross-functional projects from concept and planning through full implementation on the production floor. • Provide professional support and resolve complex technological and process-related challenges in a sterile manufacturing environment. • Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Projects, Validation, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, and MS&T functions. • Conduct professional training, coaching, and development for new employees and technologists. • Represent operations and the technology function during regulatory and customer audits, including presentation of processes, projects, and site improvement activities. • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the product and process lifecycle. How your day will look like? You will start your morning by reviewing key events and processes from sterile manufacturing, supporting investigations and resolution of technological challenges raised from the production floor, and leading professional discussions with the team of technologists and engineers. Throughout the day, you will work with a broad range of site stakeholders, lead projects for the introduction of new products and new equipment, promote initiatives to improve existing processes, and participate in decision-making forums that directly impact site operations. In addition, you will manage CAPA activities and Change Controls, support trials and implementations on the production floor, provide professional guidance to the team, and serve as a key partner in ensuring the site’s compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. How You’ll Spend Your Day The position of Supply Service Associate is focused on supporting the alignment of demand with supply plans, inventory policy and overall transparency between sales, production and procurement units; • Acts as single point of contact for replenishment and information exchange between Site and Markets for already launched products and secures supply of existing portfolio; • Challenges the forecast changes to verify they are valid and ensures that reliable net demand data is loaded in local ERP; • Corroborates Production Plan is aligned with validated net demand, alerts in case of shortage or excess vs. Demand, assigns priority in production schedule; • Performs continuous Supply Monitoring, manages exceptions and attends weekly S&OP forums with large assigned markets and monthly S&OP forums with smaller markets; • Monitors demand trends for evaluation of eventual impacts on the production factors and re-aligns the production factors to the needs of the customers; • Performs discussions related requests from the Markets like safety stocks and crisis stocks; • Replenishment of goods into the defined markets according to agreed rules, fighting out of stocks; • Sets priority for testing schedule for the Quality Control laboratory; • Drives QA releases and shipments out of the site; • Manages Bulk and FG inventory levels on site; • Coordinates Artwork changes between production planning and AW coordinator and monitors timely and correct implementation, under consideration of legal provision of the markets; • Facilitates/maintains relevant SC master data (e.g.: SKU master data, safety stocks, min. shelf life, product prioritization); • Supports site AOP preparation; • Supports local and global forums and requests– e.g. Supply consensus, S&OP, Safety Stock setting etc.; • Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements; • Proposes and implements continuous improvements. Your Skills and Experience • University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar; • Professional experience in Planning department or Supply Service; • Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details; • Customer orientation; • Excellent communication skills in an international environment; • Good presentation skills in English; • Highly team orientated; • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP; • Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently; • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Our Team, Your Impact The Director, Site Quality Control is responsible for leading and managing all QC laboratory operations at the Kfar Saba site, ensuring testing, release, and analytical activities comply with global regulations, compendial standards, and Teva Quality policies. This role leads a key QC function at one of Teva’s flagship production sites, ensuring compliant supply of high‑quality medicines while shaping global quality outcomes. How You’ll Spend Your Day • Lead all QC laboratory units including Raw Materials QC, Finished Goods QC, , Stability, Analytical Development support and laboratories logistics • Develop QC strategy aligned with site priorities, supply needs, and compliance expectations. • Oversee QC deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and laboratory CAPAs, ensuring timely closure and robust root cause analysis. • Ensure timely release of RM and FG, manage analytical bottlenecks, backlog reduction, and lab capacity planning. • Ensure audit/inspection readiness and represent QC during regulatory inspections. • Drive QC process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. • Partner with QA, MS&T, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D on investigations, analytics, and tech transfers. • Lead QC support for new product launches, validation batches, and market supply escalations. • Lead TLMS deployments in all laboratories Your Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline. • 12+ years of progressive QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry. • Significant leadership experience managing QC laboratories in a regulated GMP environment. • Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, microbiology, methods, and compendial standards. • Experience interacting with health authorities (FDA, EMA, EDQM). Description We are seeking a talented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. This is a cross-entity role, focusing on group-wide consolidation, reporting packages, and financial analysis across subsidiaries. The position provides exposure to the full closing cycle and IFRS reporting, while also supporting internal controls in a public company environment. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. • Prepare, review and analyze subsidiaries' financial data and internal reports; monitor progress, provide support, and offer guidelines. • Perform cross-entity financial analysis and variance reviews. • Collaborate with the Company's external auditors. • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of SOX/internal controls. • Support group-level accounting procedures and policies. • Handle ad-hoc finance-related projects and special assignments. • Prepare and review statutory and tax filings. Requirements Requirements • CPA with at least 2 years of Big4 audit experience, preferably with global public high-tech companies. • Knowledge of IFRS. • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Fluency in English (spoken and written). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-currency, global environment.
