About the Role
Description Deloitte, the world's leading business and technological solutions firm, is seeking a Manager for the Audit division in the Finance sector. An opportunity to join the Financial Services sector in our developing credit field, and to gain professional upgrade and development in a firm that puts the employee at the center of the stage. • Performing an integrated audit of annual financial statements and reviewing quarterly reports according to the guidelines of the Supervisor of Banks. • Working and operating mainly based on US standards. • Performing audits of reports for Israeli income tax purposes. • Challenging work offering a horizon for professional and personal promotion. The work is at the firm's offices in Tel Aviv and includes a combination of working from home. The position appeals to both women and men. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Mandatory • Previous experience in a Manager role – Mandatory • High level of English proficiency – Mandatory • Availability for a full-time position – Mandatory • Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – Mandatory • Strong team management, initiative, and organizational skills. • Excellent attention to detail and a high service-oriented approach. Requirements Hebrew • בוגר/ת תואר ראשון בחשבונאות- חובה • ניסיון קודם בתפקיד מנג'ר- חובה • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה • זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה- חובה • ניסיון ו/או יכולת עבודה עם כלי AI – חובה • יכולת גבוהה לנהל צוות, יוזמה, סדר וארגון. • יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
