Hi, I'm a retired Music and English teacher who left teaching to pursue a career in holistic medicine. I am a Naturopath with specialties in Women's health, children and ADHD. I am also a certified Reflexologist and work from a clinic at home in Bat Ayin as well as in kupat cholim Maccabi. I am a voice coach for the last 40 years and also prepare singers and speakers for a performance.

As a licensed yoga instructor I would love to meet on the mat or through my yoga boost videos and guide you in connecting to your breath and flowing into mindful movement that strengthens, balances and restores -- a mindfulness that you take off your mat and into your day. My flexibility extends to being available almost every day for group or private classes in Gush Etzion; From a longer Greet the Day type class to a bite of Lunch Break Yoga in the middle of the day to a calming de-stress type class closer to bedtime. Come to class and together we can better understand and cultivate a mindfulness that fits your unique body, mind and soul.
