Description Please note that this is a temporary 9-month position to cover maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the overall monthly closing and consolidation processes, including balance sheet analysis. • Lead the preparation of annual standalone and consolidated financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory filings. • Oversee the accounting and closing processes of subsidiaries to ensure consistent procedures and compliance with Group accounting policies. • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, accruals, and reconciliations. • Review and approve payments. • Manage the ongoing maintenance and daily financial operations within the ERP system. • Manage and mentor accounting and payroll team members. • Partner with FP&A and operational teams to support financial analysis and business needs. • Review and approve payroll. • Report directly to the CFO. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller after an internship. • Experience working in a global company. • Strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting and accounting principles. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite - a must. • Experience managing accounting and payroll teams. • Fluent English, both written and verbal. Description The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and executing Webbing's product strategy while leading a team of Product Managers. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of products that create measurable customer and business value. The Director will work closely with Engineering, Core Network team, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to build products that support Webbing's growth strategy and strengthen its position as a global connectivity provider. This leader will also champion the adoption of AI across both customer-facing products and internal product management processes. Key Responsibilities · Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with Webbing's business objectives. · Translate customer insights into product opportunities. · Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. · Lead the product manager team 4-5 product managers · Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and commercial success. · Partner with Sales and Marketing on successful product launches. · Define Webbing's AI product strategy across internal and external products. · Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve Product Management efficiency. Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. · MBA is an advantage. · 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years leading Product Managers. · Proven experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or mobile technologies. · Proven experience with AI tools and building AI based product · Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. · Experience managing complex product roadmaps and multiple concurrent initiatives. · Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience · Experience in IoT Connectivity, eSIM, MVNO, Enterprise Mobility, or telecommunications. · Experience working with global B2B customers. · Experience building AI-enabled products. · Experience with Product Analytics and experimentation. Description You will join the Core Network Engineering team at Webbing, working hands-on with our live mobile core infrastructure spanning global roaming, MVNO operations, and an active 5G-SA roadmap. The role is technical and operational. You will troubleshoot real network issues across 3G, 4G, and 5G Standalone, own tickets end-to-end, and lead integrations and projects on a live production network. We are a focused team that moves fast and takes full ownership of activities end to end. Engineers here are expected to grow quickly into independent contributors Requirements • Deep understanding of MNO/MVNO architecture and end-to-end GTP flow design • Complete familiarity with 3GPP standards across 2G/3G/4G and 5G, including: • GTP-C / GTP-U, CUPS - bearer lifecycle, session management, data plane flows • Diameter & Radius - routing, realms, application IDs (Gx, Gy, S6a), AAA flows • 5G-SA architecture - AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, PCF — hands-on or advanced lab experience • Strong understanding of GRX routing and IPX interconnect operations • Understanding of roaming processes and procedures: IR.21,IPX, and GRX operations • Hands-on experience • ◦ PGW - configuration, troubleshooting, session management • ◦ PCRF- Gx interface, policy management • ◦ GTP Proxy - GTP-C interception, roaming traffic steering • Diameter - routing configuration, signaling troubleshooting, experience analyzing Diameter flows. • Radius - AAA flows, authentication, and accounting troubleshooting, experience analyzing Radius. • Understanding of roaming processes and procedures (IR.21, familiarity with IPX and GRX operations). • Working with monitoring tools Our engineer should have the following skills: • Ability to design, scale, and integrate a network element into a live network. • Hands-on experience in integration between network elements. • Comfortable working under pressure during live network incidents • At least 3 years of practical experience as a core engineer. • Familiar with APIs and basic scripting (Python or similar). • 24x7 On-call duty. • Team player About Webbing Founded in early 2010, Webbing is a global data MVNO that delivers enterprise grade, global connectivity and IoT services across more than 200 countries and 600+ mobile carriers' networks.
