Primary responsibilities include: • Research attack techniques and TTPs and how they manifest in our EDR telemetry, and turn that research into detection hypotheses that hold across millions of endpoints. • Design, build, own, and maintain AI-powered detections end to end: turn a detection hypothesis into a production pipeline that analyzes fleet-wide EDR data, applies the team's ML models and LLMs to separate real intrusions from benign activity, and surfaces advanced attacks that analysts and threat hunters can triage and act on. • Drive the development of LLM-based agents that automate detection authoring: define what a correct, robust detection looks like, and expand our agent's detection coverage autonomously. • Analyze detection gaps and false positives together with MDR analysts, threat hunters and detection engineering teams, and feed the findings back into the detections. • Write high-quality production Python and own your code in production. • Stay current with APTs, attacker methodologies, and emerging TTPs. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: • 5+ years of experience in security research, threat hunting, or detection engineering, with a track record of detections deployed in production. • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, attack vectors, TTPs, and detection methods, especially on Windows. • In-depth knowledge of Windows internals and of how attacker behavior appears in EDR telemetry: process, file, registry, and network events. • Comfortable researching and hunting over very large telemetry datasets using SQL, KQL, Splunk, EDR query languages, or similar. • Python software development experience, including working with data and writing production-quality code. • Ability to drive and own research projects end to end; independent, critical thinker, team player. • Interest in applying machine learning and LLMs to detection, and fluency with modern AI tools in your daily work • Hands-on experience applying machine learning or LLMs to security problems. • Experience writing detection content: behavioral rules, Sigma, YARA, EDR query languages. • Malware analysis, reverse engineering, or red-team experience. • Experience with EDR/XDR products and their telemetry. The Exposure Management group builds the products customers use to discover their attack surface, assess risk across assets, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, and decide what to fix first. You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering and work across all of the group's teams as its senior technical leader. As a Staff Product Manager, ou will be tasked with joining our AI Security business unit built from SentinelOne's acquisition of Prompt Security, and one of the company's rocketship bets, growing at a phenomenal rate. You will own — end to end, with high autonomy — the AI security products that some of the world's largest enterprises rely on to adopt AI safely, with a sharp focus on where the industry is already heading: securing agentic AI. You'll set direction and drive daily execution alongside R&D, design, GTM, and customers, turning an urgent market need into best-in-class products that are flying off the shelves. This is a builder's seat on a winning team that ships at high velocity, treats the prototype as the spec, and lives on the AI frontier — where PMs don't just write requirements, they use Claude Code to build and ship features themselves. If you love owning the outcome, moving fast, and shipping products people actually buy — read on. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: • Own products the way a founder would, with real autonomy — you're the CEO of the outcome, not just the backlog. Frame the problem, build working prototypes (the prototype is the spec, not a 40-page PRD), drive it all the way to shipped, polished product at pace, and help run the roadmap sessions that set direction. • Build and ship, hands-on — use Claude Code and other AI tools to prototype, spec, and take features end-to-end yourself, moving faster than teams ever thought possible and raising the bar for how the whole org leverages AI. • Join a high-performing, high-velocity team delivering impactful solutions to some of the world's largest companies — surrounded by excellent people across R&D, design, and GTM who raise the level of everyone around them, with that bar for excellence held across every department. • Think, don't just take orders — treat every request as a hypothesis, dig past the stated ask to the real problem, and define the outcome (not the output) that proves it worked. • Stay laser-focused on users, customers, and GTM — run user interviews and usability sessions, and stay close to exactly how the product is used, how it's messaged, and how it's sold. • Drive commercial success with the field — work directly with sales and marketing to build technical demos, documentation, and enablement that help close deals and make the product sell. • Become the company's recognized expert on securing AI — stay abreast of market trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the fast-moving field of AI agent security, and be the go-to authority in the domain. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: • 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS security products, with a track record of launching enterprise products that tackle emerging technology risk — and that actually sold. • A builder's instinct — you'd rather show than tell, you prototype your own ideas, and you already build with AI tools like Claude and Claude Code (or you're hungry to). • High autonomy paired with sharp judgment — comfortable making fast calls on incomplete information, ruthless about scope, and skeptical by default. Startup experience a strong plus. • You enjoy both sides of the job — building features, capabilities, and products, and engaging directly with customers and prospects; equally at home working with engineers and with users. • Strong command of enterprise security, compliance, and security operations, plus real familiarity with generative and agentic AI risk — prompt injection, jailbreaking, toxicity, red-teaming, and agentic/MCP systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio). • Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a complex concept (or your own recommendation) in one clear sentence, to engineers and executives alike. • Founder-grade ownership and a commercial edge — you care as much about whether a product sells as whether it ships. Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. Your roadmap will reflect clear priorities, drive growth and deliver lasting differentiation. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: • Join a high-performing product team with a big impact. • Deepen your understanding of how our endpoint and big data platforms operate, and shape end-to-end capabilities that deliver market differentiation. • Write PRFAQs, roadmap decks, EPICs, and user stories for the alert lifecycle domain. • Partner with Detection Engineering and Threat Research on indicator/IOC strategy and behavioral rule development, partner with Data/ML teams where detections are model-driven. • Collaborate with Console, Agents, UX/UI, QA and field teams (MDR, Support) to ship reliable, well-instrumented releases. • Engage directly with customers, SOC analysts and prospects to uncover pain points in triage and investigation, and turn them into roadmap decisions. • Define and track the success metrics for the domain (below) and report on them to leadership. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: • • 6+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping security software at scale. • Cybersecurity product experience is required, ideally in EDR/XDR, detection engineering or SOC-facing tooling. • Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and ATLAS and how it's used to reason about detection coverage. • Demonstrated experience balancing detection coverage against false-positive rate and alert fatigue - you've made and defended that tradeoff before. • Technical fluency - comfortable reading telemetry/logs, writing basic queries (SQL or similar) against event/alert data and discussing agent-level concepts (e.g., kernel drivers, ETW/syscall hooking) credibly with engineers. • Strong communicator who can tell a compelling story and present clearly to both engineers and executives. • Experience with the AI threat landscape - either AI-powered detection/ML models or AI-generated attack techniques. • Prior hands-on experience as a threat hunter, security researcher, SOC analyst, or agent developer - Advantage.
