This role will require working closely with our global teams both onsite and remotely, to help support and improve the IT environment at Rounds. Must-have: • 4+ years experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations role. • Solid experience with Google Workspace (User management, security settings, SSO setup). • Experience managing the employee lifecycle (Onboarding/Offboarding) for both local and remote staff. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting local and remote users including extensive knowledge of MacOS and Windows Operating systems. • Experience managing user permissions and access rights for core business apps such as Slack, Generative AI tools. • Hands-on experience with specific MDM tools like Jamf, JumpCloud, or Kandji. • Experience setting up IT ticketing lifecycle including workflows, automations, and reporting in tools like Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice. • Experience managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agents or Email Security Gateways. • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing asset inventory and procurement. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with a strong customer service orientation. • Willingness to provide support for global employees on Fridays Nice-to-have: • Experience with Island Browser. • Basic exposure to AWS or GCP, specifically IAM roles. • Work with Google play and Apple accounts • Automation skills including understanding basic scripting languages. In this role you will drive the evolution of our infrastructure and cloud operations empowering our entire R&D organization. You will lead fully the DevOps aspects of the company including strategic infrastructure management within a multi-cloud environment.
