We are looking for an experienced, creative with an exceptional mathematical thinking and highly motivated C++ Team Leader for Machine Learning & Computer Vision implantation, to join our top-notch software group. In this position, you will lead a team of developers designing and implementing high-performance DSP, Image Processing, Deep Learning and Computer Vision algorithms, using the most advanced technology such as the newest Nvidia platforms, advanced C++, and modern development procedures and tools. What will you do: Be a researcher of the core deep learning algorithms and partnering with other teammates. Work across full ML cycle: data, design, train and debug, solving complex problems that aligned to customer KPIs. Requirements Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field or very experienced Bachelor. At least 6 years' experience as a researcher engineer with deploying advanced algorithms. Rail Vision is looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to join our team and play a key role in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and validating our advanced railway vision systems in Israel and abroad. This is a unique position that combines field engineering, system integration, troubleshooting, and support for R&D validation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and R&D Engineers, ensuring our systems perform reliably in real-world railway environments. Important to Know: This is a hands-on field engineering role, primarily based in railway environments across Israel and at customer sites worldwide. The role requires comfort with outdoor work, heights, and active railway environments, as well as a hands-on approach to solving technical problems on site. Responsibilities Install, integrate, and commission Rail Vision systems at customer sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on deployed systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and communication issues in the field. Execute field validation and testing activities for the R&D team. Collect logs, analyze system behavior, and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams. Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with internal technical teams. Support customer demonstrations, pilots, and acceptance tests. Prepare technical reports and document field activities. Travel domestically and internationally to support installations, testing, and customer projects. Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Field Service, System Integration, Technical Support, Installation, or similar roles, with integrated hardware and software products. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Fluent English (spoken and written). Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and customer expectations. Collaborate closely with R&D and other cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap according to strategy. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals. Communicate product strategy and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
