Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Pendo · Remote

The Team + The Role Pendo's Product Marketing team translates what we build into why it matters. The team works at the intersection of product, revenue, and marketing, owning the narratives, positioning, and go-to-market motions that drive pipeline and commercial outcomes. It operates as a small, senior team with high ownership, low overhead, and a strong bias toward work that moves the business forward. Pendo is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to play a key role in our growing Enterprise business. You will partner closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing to package and position Pendo's offerings as powerful solutions for Enterprise clients. This is an individual contributor role for a builder who can create, test, adapt, and make an immediate impact in a fast-moving, AI-native environment. This is a remote role in the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day • Enterprise positioning: Own and maintain clear, concise, and impactful solutions messaging for the Enterprise market. Translate Pendo's product capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with Enterprise buyers. • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate strategically with Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to package and position Pendo's offerings for Enterprise clients. Serve as a key conduit between Enterprise go-to-market teams and Product by bringing field feedback into product conversations. • Flexible execution: Move fluidly across adjacent work as priorities shift, including solutions marketing, growth-hacker-style experiments, and demand-gen support. Adapt quickly rather than staying in a single fixed lane. • AI-enabled GTM: Leverage AI tools and workflows, including building agents, to accelerate research, content creation, and go-to-market execution. Use AI as a practical multiplier for how you work and what you ship. • Market research: Conduct in-depth research to define, understand, and articulate the distinct needs and opportunities within the Enterprise landscape for Pendo. Use that insight to shape messaging, campaign direction, and sales conversations. • Sales partnership: Forge strong partnerships with the Enterprise Sales team to understand their requirements, challenges, and revenue opportunities. Participate in strategic Enterprise deals by providing product and solutions expertise. • Testing and iteration: Rapidly test, learn, and adapt messaging and campaigns in a fast-changing environment. Use feedback from the market, Sales, and Product to improve the work quickly. • Enterprise content: Develop compelling content and collateral for Enterprise audiences, including presentations, white papers, and case studies. Ensure materials are clear, persuasive, and aligned to the needs of Enterprise buyers. • Enterprise strategy support: Elevate and accelerate Pendo's overall Enterprise marketing strategy and execution. Contribute strategically to competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, and enablement programs tailored for the Enterprise market. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Sr. Product Marketing Managers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. You're AI-curious - genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • A proven track record of building and shipping product marketing work, with depth of ownership that matters more than the number of years in seat. • Experience creating, testing, and adapting product marketing work in fast-moving, high-growth, startup, or similarly ambiguous environments. • AI fluency, including comfort working in an AI-shaped environment and using AI tools or workflows to improve research, content creation, and execution. • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move across shifting priorities, and flex into adjacent areas such as solutions marketing, growth, and demand generation. • Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into compelling, value-driven solutions for buyers. • Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing targeted messaging. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. • Ability to travel occasionally. Nice-to-haves • Experience building AI agents or workflows to accelerate product marketing or go-to-market work. • Experience supporting Enterprise marketing, Enterprise sales motions, or strategic Enterprise deals. • Experience contributing to competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, or enablement programs tailored for Enterprise markets. • Experience developing Enterprise-facing collateral such as presentations, white papers, and case studies. Product Marketing Manager
P
Sr. AI Backend & Data Engineer
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

About the Team This team builds an AI-native predictive analytics platform that embeds ML and AI-driven insights directly into production Go-To-Market workflows — powering real-time decisions at scale. The team owns the full stack from distributed data pipelines and backend services to ML and AI-powered capabilities that ship directly to customers. We are building toward a model where AI components are first-class runtime dependencies, not bolt-on features. Agentic AI development is a core part of how we increase engineering velocity and deliver customer value. This is a team that ships daily, iterates constantly, and treats speed as a capability to be deliberately improved. The Role This is a high-ownership, builder-first Sr. Software Engineer role. You will design, build, and ship AI-integrated data systems from concept through production — owning outcomes end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, cost, and business impact. We are seeking a candidate who views AI tooling as a fundamental force multiplier in their daily engineering process. This position is central to our transition into an AI-native function, requiring an individual capable of making decisive, pragmatic architectural choices on reversible matters to maintain momentum. We need an experienced builder of production-grade, data-centric systems who is obsessed with delivering customer value and possesses a deep, curious enthusiasm for the transformative potential of AI. What You Will Build • AI-Native Systems Development. Design, build, and own scalable data and ML pipelines, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities that are part of the platform's production decision-making layer. AI and ML components are runtime dependencies in this role — not research projects or experiments. Candidates will have strong back end and data engineering skills to thrive in this space. • Daily Shipping. Decompose complex work into safely mergeable increments and ship them daily. Treat large, multi-day pull requests as a risk to momentum. Use feature flags, canary releases, and rollback architecture to manage risk through isolation — not through avoidance. • AI-Augmented Engineering Workflow. Leverage AI-assisted development tooling (code generation, automated testing, architecture prototyping) as a core workflow multiplier. Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks with direct hands-on engagement. Bring technical depth to AI fluency — architecture and capability tradeoffs, not surface-level awareness. • End-to-End Ownership. Own your work from design through production deployment, operational monitoring, and business impact measurement. Accountability extends beyond the feature to CI/CD pipeline health, observability, cost efficiency, and domain-level outcomes. • Architectural Decision-Making. Make pragmatic, timely architectural choices that balance modern AI and data technologies with reliability, cost, and delivery speed. Distinguish reversible vs. irreversible decisions and move forward without waiting for consensus on the former. Document decisions in lightweight ADRs and own the outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with product, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions. Operate with business awareness — understand how your systems impact revenue, customer outcomes, and strategic priorities. What You Bring Required • 5+ years building and shipping production-grade back end and data systems in distributed cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP). • Hands-on AI/ML integration in production workflows. You have shipped systems where AI, LLM, or agent-based components are part of the production runtime — not just prototypes or research. You can speak to the architectural tradeoffs of integrating AI into live backend systems. • Active use of AI-assisted development tooling as a workflow multiplier. You currently use AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to accelerate your engineering output and can articulate specifically how it increases your throughput. You stay current on relevant tooling without being directed to do so. • Strong back end expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and/or Go. Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization. • Demonstrated expertise in automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. • High-Velocity ownership - candidates should thrive in high-ownership, builder-first environments where shipping daily and owning outcomes are fundamental to the role. • Demonstrated ability to break work into small, incremental deliveries and maintain strong delivery flow. You have a track record of decomposing complex work into small, safely mergeable increments and shipping software solutions to solve customer pain continuously. You can describe your approach to scope deconstruction and provide concrete examples. Preferred • Experience shipping ML-Ops powered systems in production (model serving, monitoring, retraining pipelines). • Experience with distributed data technologies (e.g., Parquet, Athena, or similar query engines). • Experience making and documenting architectural decisions autonomously (ADRs or equivalent lightweight decision records). Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK - 9-Month Fixed-Term
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Product Manager
P
Lead Product Marketing Manager
Pendo · Remote

The Team + The Role Pendo’s product marketing team sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer growth. As software development moves faster, the team is expanding how Pendo communicates the value of its platform to modern engineering, product, and technical builder audiences. This work matters because it shapes how new products enter the market, how customers understand the platform, and how commercial teams create traction. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy across high-impact product launches, cross-portfolio expansion, and new initiatives. You will drive narrative, positioning, launch strategy, sales readiness, and commercial traction while building credibility with technical audiences. This is a hands-on GTM leadership role for someone who moves quickly, creates alignment, and turns emerging product opportunities into clear market motions. This is a remote role based in the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day • Narrative and positioning: Own messaging frameworks, positioning, and category narratives across primary product initiatives. Write clear positioning documentation and talk tracks that keep product, sales, marketing, and leadership aligned as the market evolves. • End-to-end GTM ownership: Build and run the full go-to-market plan across audience targeting, channel strategy, campaign strategy, sales readiness, launch moments, product adoption, and success metrics. Own GTM outcomes and business impact directly rather than handing strategy off to parallel teams. • Top-of-funnel and conversion: Partner with revenue marketing to define the acquisition channel mix, run campaigns, and drive early-access signups. Connect demand activity to free-to-paid conversion and early commercial signals. • Community building: Establish a credible, authentic presence where technical users spend time. Earn trust with builder audiences who are naturally skeptical of traditional, pitch-heavy marketing. • PLG motion: Partner with product and growth teams to design self-serve onboarding and activation flows. Use data and feedback to improve how users discover, try, activate, and expand with Pendo. • Portfolio and platform alignment: Define how new products and capabilities fit within the broader platform narrative. Shape clear expansion and upgrade paths for customers as their organizational scale and technical complexity grow. • Sales and partner enablement: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-oriented messaging, pitch decks, demo narratives, and battlecards. Build the proof points reps need to have credible, winning conversations with non-traditional buyers. • Metrics and commercial impact: Work with revenue marketing to define and track the metrics that connect PMM initiatives to pipeline and early revenue outcomes. Focus on activation, conversion, marketing-sourced ARR, and other signals that show whether the motion is working. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 7+ years of marketing experience with real ownership of positioning and narrative for a product or category at the individual contributor level. • Proven ability to drive a launch, repositioning, or category story end to end, including the writing and strategic thinking behind the work. • Strong content instincts, with the ability to create crisp narratives, sharp positioning documents, and launch materials that audiences actually engage with. • Active, practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with evidence that AI has meaningfully changed how you work and what you ship. • High bias to action, with a track record of shipping, gathering feedback, iterating, and filling gaps without waiting for perfect information. • Ability to translate technical depth into clear, compelling messaging without oversimplifying a novel product. • Strong cross-functional influence with product, sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders, especially in environments where you need to drive alignment without direct authority. • Credibility with developer or builder audiences, including an understanding of how technical users discover, evaluate, and build trust in new tools. Nice-to-haves • Hands-on experience building community among developers or other technical builder audiences. • Experience with both PLG and enterprise motions, including self-serve acquisition, freemium conversion, activation, or community-led distribution. • Technical fluency from building software or working closely enough with product managers and engineering teams to understand codebases, pull requests, and deploy cycles. • Experience in product analytics, instrumentation, observability, developer tools, open source, or AI coding tools. P
Software Engineer, Mobile SDK
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

The team + the role The Mobile SDK team at Pendo develops and maintains the Pendo mobile product — our native SDKs for iOS and Android, along with integrations across React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and CMP. We work deep in OS internals, maintain rigorous automation and release pipelines, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure their success with the product. A single defect in our SDK can affect thousands of host applications, so quality isn't a value we aspire to — it's the baseline we ship against. Pendo's mobile SDK enables businesses to collect detailed analytics and visual session replays on user behavior within their mobile applications — without extensive coding. That data helps customers understand how users interact with their apps and enables delivery of targeted in-app messages and guides that improve experience and drive adoption. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work on a product that is technically demanding, customer-visible, and genuinely consequential. You'll use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow — and apply the same engineering rigor and review discipline to AI-generated code as you would to anything written by hand. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and follows Pendo's in-office model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Design, implement, and maintain new SDK features, ensuring seamless integration with the broader Pendo mobile product across iOS and Android. • Dive deep into OS internals to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SDK functions correctly across all supported devices and OS versions. • Contribute to SDK development across mobile frameworks — Flutter, React Native, MAUI, and CMP — ensuring compatibility and performance in each environment. • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow; apply strong engineering judgment and review rigor to AI-generated code before it ships, holding it to the same bar as hand-written code. • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality — developing unit tests, implementing automated testing, and participating in code reviews. • Provide technical support to international customers: troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and lead live conversations with adequate English proficiency. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other engineers to align on goals and deliver the best possible mobile experience. At Pendo, great Mobile SDK engineers don't just implement to spec — they understand the host application context their code runs inside, anticipate failure modes, and hold the quality bar high because they know the downstream consequences when they don't. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it — and you bring the judgment to know when to rely on AI output and when to verify, correct, or reject it. In SDK work, that distinction matters: AI-generated code that looks right and ships wrong can break thousands of production apps. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier and applies the same rigor to its output as to their own. Must-haves • 3–4+ years of experience in iOS or Android app development and/or mobile SDK development, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Objective-C or Kotlin. • Deep understanding of either the iOS or Android platform — performance optimization, memory management, and behavior across OS versions and device types. • A genuine passion for mobile development and the flexibility to work across different frameworks and environments as the product evolves. • Strong English verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset — you can lead a live troubleshooting conversation with an international customer clearly and confidently. • Strong collaboration skills: you work well with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across disciplines. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-haves • Prior experience developing and maintaining mobile SDKs specifically — not just mobile apps. • Hands-on development experience with Flutter, React Native, Xamarin Forms, or MAUI. • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications or SDKs. • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data protection standards. • Practical, day-to-day use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in a professional development workflow. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: Pendo is a hybrid culture. In-office 3 days per week unless designated remote. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. Compensation: Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams. By analyzing historical product usage alongside CRM and data warehouse outcomes, Predict forecasts which accounts are at risk, ready to expand, or likely to convert — surfacing intelligence where teams can actually act on it. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team, you'll embed directly with customers and prospects to design, build, and ship predictive models inside their real-world data environments — and feed what you learn back into the product. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, technical consulting, and customer-facing work. You'll own the technical side of the customer journey end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and proof of value, through data modeling and integration, to enablement and adoption. SQL is a daily tool in this role. This is a contractor engagement based in Herzliya, Israel, working on United States EST hours. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office. What this looks like day-to-day • Run technical discovery with customers to assess product analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes — and use that to set realistic implementation expectations and position Predict for their stage. • Work hands-on with customers to design the data model and define the business metric the model will predict; map customer data sources (Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other warehouses) to Predict requirements and best practices. • Build and present compelling predictions in the prospect's own domain — explain methodology, model accuracy, and activation to earn credibility with technical stakeholders including data and data science teams. • Guide customer IT and data teams through integration steps, optimize model parameters for each customer's specific context, and diagnose and resolve blockers quickly — data quality issues, configuration gaps, and expectation misalignments included. • Help customer teams translate predictions into actions and playbooks; document how different teams (CS, Sales, Product) should respond to predictions for consistent, repeatable outcomes. • Identify and enable champion users to evangelize Predict internally — and channel field learnings back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. At Pendo, great Forward Deployed Engineers don't just implement — they create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined, earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, and make sure what they learn in the field makes the product better. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you explore unfamiliar data schemas, how you build proof-of-value models, how you document customer environments for handoff. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. • Strong, hands-on SQL — comfortable exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality in live customer environments. • Ability to run technical discovery and communicate complex concepts credibly to both business stakeholders and data or engineering teams. • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined without waiting for someone to scope it for you. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Based in Israel and able to work hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office; availability to work US EST hours is required. Nice-to-haves • Background in data, analytics, or BI — analytics engineering, data analysis, BI development, or data science. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) and CRM data structures (Salesforce objects, Opportunities, renewal workflows). • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Exposure to ML concepts including model training, evaluation, and explainability (e.g., SHAP values). About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software.
