Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role This position sits within Nebius Token Factory, our serverless platform for running and customizing open-source LLMs in production. Token Factory allows for serverless inference and fine-tuning backed by in-house optimizations like custom speculative decoding, quantization, cache-aware routing and dedicated endpoints. Customers come to us to move from prototype to scaled production without the cost and complexity of building and tuning their own inference stack. Our Solutions Architects own the technical delivery of customer engagements: deploying open-source models, tuning the serving stack, benchmarking against the customer's success criteria, and carrying the technical relationship through to production. Sales Engineers qualify and scope the opportunity; SAs execute it. Technical Account Managers take it from production onward. We're looking for a Manager, ML Solutions Architecture to lead our EU regional SA teams. Your scope is PoC delivery and post-sales technical support: the people who do it, the standard they do it to, and the operating cadence that keeps it predictable. You will report to the Head of Solutions Architecture and partner with a peer manager in the other region. We expect you to push people when they need pushing, make the uncomfortable call when deliverables don't land even though the effort was real, and take ownership of the documentation work: implement and monitor the following of the guidelines, ticket hygiene, and making sure the team actually uses all three. You're welcome to work remotely from any EU country. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the team • Manage a team of 8 Solutions Architects, with continued growth planned: 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, promotion cases, and individual growth plans • Build an accurate picture of each SA's strengths, gaps, and preferences, and allocate accounts and engagements against both expertise and interest • Run the cadence that surfaces blockers early, then take them to the development, product, and business teams that can clear them, and stay on them until they do • Hold people to outcomes: distinguish effort from delivered results, say so plainly when the two diverge, and reflect it in ratings and compensation decisions • Onboard new joiners through to their first independently delivered engagement • Coach SAs into stronger engineers and stronger communicators, and make deliberate calls about who is ready for more scope Own delivery • Be accountable for your team's delivery outcomes: time from PoC kick-off to first optimized dedicated endpoint, success-criteria hit rate, and the quality of the technical relationship after the customer goes to production • Review technical work before it reaches the customer: benchmarking methodology, serving configurations, results, closure documents; catch the wrong conclusion drawn from a metrics artifact before a customer sees it • Ensure staffing and escalation coverage across accounts and timezones, including post-sales request load that does not respect sprint boundaries • Call infeasibility early and with evidence, rather than letting the team burn iterations against requirements the platform cannot meet today Own the operating system of the team • Maintain and extend the team's documentation: responsibilities, runbooks, guides, onboarding, definitions of done, engagement closure templates. Keep it accurate and reachable; link, don't copy • Get it used, not just written: documentation nobody reads is a cost, not an asset • Keep the ticket tracker the system of record, so PoC and production status is readable without asking anyone • Instrument the work: define and report the metrics that show whether delivery is getting faster and more reliable over time Work across teams • Development and research teams: convert recurring customer pain into prioritized platform work, and represent the customer's technical reality in roadmap discussions • Pre-sales: hold the scoping-to-execution boundary: push back on under-scoped engagements, and feed feasibility signal back upstream • Account management: make production handoffs uneventful, and keep post-sales technical requests moving • Business and leadership: give a straight read on account health, technical feasibility, and capacity needs We expect you to have: • 3+ years managing technical teams, including performance management and difficult conversations • Experience managing a customer-facing team. Running a team whose work is visible to customers, on customer timelines, with customer escalations. • Strong ML knowledge: LLM architectures, fine-tuning approaches (SFT/LoRA, RL-based), evaluation design, and a working command of inference internals — quantization, KV-cache management, batching, routing, speculative decoding — and of the frameworks the team works in (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) • Enough technical judgment to review someone else's benchmark and find the flaw in the methodology, not just in the conclusion • Python strong enough to read and review your team's code • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives, including in front of enterprise customers under pressure • Genuine tolerance for operational work: documentation, process design, reporting, and the follow-through that makes them stick • Comfort operating with ambiguity across distributed teams and timezones, and a bias toward writing things down It would be an added bonus if you have: • References from both former managers and former direct reports • Experience scaling a team through rapid growth (5 → 15+) without losing delivery quality • Prior experience in a customer-facing technical function at a cloud, inference, or AI infrastructure provider • Experience defining process and documentation for a team that had none • Hands-on background running LLMs in production and debugging inference workloads at the framework level • Work with multimodal AI models (vision-language, speech) • Proficiency with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code Preferred technical stack: • Programming languages: Python • ML frameworks and libraries: vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs • MLOps and DevOps tools: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Git • Cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (Azure ML) Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and ownership • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. About the role You own the company's identity provider: who signs in, from where, with which factors, into which applications — and how that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked. Microsoft Entra ID is the primary identity plane and the center of gravity for the role. Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM form a secondary domain. Microsoft 365 is in scope for tenant, licensing, and access administration. You are the escalation point for identity incidents from operations, security, service desk, and application teams — expected to resolve them, not route them onward. What you'll own Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 – Users, dynamic and assigned groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities. – Conditional Access design and rollout: named locations, client app and platform conditions, session controls, sign-in frequency, break-glass exclusions, report-only staging. – Authentication methods policy and phishing-resistant factors. – Application onboarding over SAML 2.0 (NameID, claims mapping, signing certificate rollover, encrypted assertions) and OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, client credentials, device code). – App registrations: redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflow, secret and certificate lifecycle. – SCIM 2.0 provisioning: attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, drift reconciliation. – Tenant consent settings, OAuth grant review, remediation of over-permissioned and stale applications; defensible controls for SaaS without SSO or SCIM support. – Joiner-mover-leaver as an automated pipeline: provisioning, group-based licensing, revocation with session and refresh token invalidation. – Least privilege for admin access: scoped role assignments, RBAC, PIM, access reviews, entitlement management access packages. – Service account and workload identity governance: ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, decommissioning. – Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, admin roles; access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform. – Diagnostics from sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, with diagnostic settings routed to Log Analytics and KQL queries. – Cross-tenant access settings and B2B external collaboration. Automation – PowerShell tooling on the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API: lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, recertification. – Google-side automation through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud. – Scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate. – Unattended execution on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations, with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries. – Automation treated as production code: version control, peer review, documented rollback. What you'll bring We care about what you can do, not which products appear on your CV. Concretely, you can: – Decode a SAML assertion or JWT and pinpoint the failure — audience mismatch, NameID format, expired signing certificate, missing claim — without escalating to the vendor. – Diagnose a failing SCIM job and tell scoping from attribute mapping, transformation expressions, or target schema. – Replace a manual lifecycle process with automation that logs, retries, and can be handed to someone else to run. Experience we expect – 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility. – Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health – Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC – Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace – Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access – PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK – Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning. – Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms. – Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented. – Written and spoken English at B2 or higher. Nice to haves – SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 — or equivalent demonstrable expertise. – Microsoft Entra ID Governance: entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, Privileged Identity Management. – Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft Sentinel. – Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, OAuth credentials. – Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, organization policy constraints. – Git, CI/CD practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform. – Access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles. #LI-RK1 Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and ownership • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role AI is moving faster than any single product team can track. Nebius is expanding across serverless, databases, MLflow, MLOps, Physical AI, and HCLS — and customers arriving with complex, real-world ML workloads need more than documentation. This role exists to close that gap: someone who can prototype what's possible, accelerate customers through their first 90 days, and feed hard-won field insight back into the product roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of deep ML engineering and product impact. You'll spend roughly half your time in the field — helping new customers move from POC to production, running technical onboarding, and working hands-on through their ML stack. The other half you'll spend building — prototyping applied AI use cases that show what's possible on the platform, going deep on emerging techniques before they're mainstream, and turning that expertise into concrete product direction. This is not a presales role. You get your hands dirty every day. What success looks like in 12 months • The product and sales teams have a library of working, polished demos they reach for on calls • Enterprise customers you've touched have meaningfully faster time-to-value than those you haven't • At least 2–3 product changes were shipped because of feedback you originated • The team understands where applied AI is heading 6–12 months from now, partly because you told them Your responsibilities will include: • Build prototypes and demos across the product portfolio — serverless inference, databases, MLflow, MLOps, and vertical use cases in Physical AI and HCLS — that become assets for sales, product, and engineering teams • Support new customers hands-on through POC design, technical onboarding, and validation; act as the bridge between their ML team and the platform during the critical first months • Go deep on emerging applied AI — new training techniques, inference optimizations, agentic architectures, new frameworks — and turn findings into working prototypes, writeups, and product recommendations • Feed the product roadmap with specific, grounded feedback; be the voice of "here's what broke in three customer POCs last month and here's what needs to change" • Develop reusable technical assets — notebooks, reference architectures, benchmark results — that reduce onboarding friction at scale We expect you to have: • You've fine-tuned large models, debugged distributed training jobs, built production RAG or agentic pipelines, and optimized inference on GPU infrastructure — not just read about it • You're fluent in the modern ML stack: PyTorch, HuggingFace, CUDA fundamentals, Kubernetes for ML, MLflow or equivalent, vector databases • You've worked with enterprise ML teams — whether as a solutions engineer, customer engineer, or an ML engineer who collaborated closely with customers • You read papers and implement them — not for credit, but because it's how you stay sharp • You communicate with calibration: you can explain activation checkpointing tradeoffs to an ML engineer in the morning and the cost implication to a CTO in the afternoon It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in any of our vertical domains: Physical AI / robotics / simulation, HCLS (drug discovery, medical imaging, clinical NLP), or enterprise AI application development • Familiarity with MLOps at scale (Kubeflow, Metaflow, Argo, Ray) • Prior work at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company • You've shared technical work publicly — notebooks, talks, blog posts that people actually use Who thrives here You'll thrive here if you're energized by variety — one day deep in a customer's MLOps stack, the next building a demo from scratch. You want your technical depth to influence product decisions, not just close deals. What we offer • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius. • Flexible working arrangements. • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation. We're growing and expanding our products every day. If you're up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us! Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law. Base Compensation Range $200—$350,000 USD Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and ownership • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. The Product In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on AI agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible. We are building an agent-native search platform designed specifically for AI systems rather than human users. Our product provides programmatic, low-latency, and observable search APIs that AI agents use to retrieve, filter, and reason over real-world information at scale. The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the web access infrastructure of a novel search engine tailored for agentic AI consumption. In this role, you will focus on making our access to public web content reliable and efficient. You will investigate how modern websites and browsers communicate across the full request lifecycle, find the root cause when a request fails or returns something unexpected, and build the fixes into production systems operating at internet scale. Your work ensures that high-quality content is consistently available to the crawling, indexing and retrieval systems downstream. In this position, your responsibility will be to • Diagnose failed or degraded requests at the right layer: network and IP, TLS and HTTP/2 behavior, headers and session state, client-side scripts, or browser characteristics • Analyze how websites verify and classify clients, including how client-side scripts and protocol-level behavior shape what a site serves to different clients • Build clients and tooling that behave consistently and compatibly with standard browsers across all of these layers, using a real browser where a lightweight client is not enough • Monitor access quality as websites change: detect regressions, find the cause, and measure success on real content rather than on status codes • Build the tooling to do this at scale: traffic capture and comparison against real browsers, per-site and per-method success tracking, and the cost of each successful fetch • Choose the fetch method for each host, from a lightweight HTTP client to a full browser, balancing quality against cost You may be a good fit if you Have 5+ years of experience building production systems, and are an expert in several of the following areas. The request lifecycle • HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, TLS handshakes and TLS fingerprints (JA3/JA4), and header behavior • What a server can observe at each step of a request, and what a client controls at each step • A debugging method, not guesses: replaying captured browser traffic, comparing against a real browser on the same network path, and changing one variable at a time Client-side analysis • Reading and analyzing complex or obfuscated JavaScript, and observing what a script measures by hooking browser APIs • How browser, device and network characteristics are measured (canvas, fonts, WebGL, screen and window metrics) and how consistent they are across layers • Browser instrumentation and the Chrome DevTools Protocol, used as tools for investigation Running it for real • Have run this in production and can give numbers: requests per day, sites or hosts, and the success rate and how you measured it • Strong programming in at least one of Go, Python, Rust or C++ Strong candidates may also have experience with • Working at a web data provider, a browser or web-security company, or a company that collects data from complex sources • Contributions to browser networking or fingerprinting-related open-source tooling, or public write-ups of how client verification works • Building or maintaining a patched browser • Networks, proxies and IP reputation • Internet-scale distributed systems, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure The kind of problems you will work on • A site returns a different response to our client than to Chrome on the same network path. Find out why, and fix that cause. • A site changes how it verifies clients and success drops across a group of sites. Find what changed, adapt, and make the next change cheaper to catch. • Switching to a browser-like network profile makes results worse on some hosts. Work out what no longer matches. We conduct coding interviews as part of the process. Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and ownership • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. About Tavily In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on AI agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible. Tavily provides the search and intelligence layer that powers AI agents and retrieval systems with trustworthy, real-time information. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI, from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, helping them build agents that are not only intelligent but informed. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to drive product decisions with data. You'll research how developers and companies discover, adopt and get value from Tavily and find the drivers behind them. You'll work as a thought partner to Product, R&D and leadership and shape what we build next and why. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You take a question from start to finish: you frame the problem, build the data you need, run the analysis or model, and come back with a clear recommendation. You are expected to understand the need and show people results they didn't even knew they wanted or needed and be an integrational part in decision making. You'll work closely with the analysts on the team and with Product, Engineering, Growth and GTM. What You'll Do • Own product analytics end-to-end: define, instrument and measure the product funnel, from first API call through activation, feature adoption, retention and conversion to paid. • Drive product decisions: work with PMs and R&D leads to set success metrics, size opportunities, prioritize the roadmap, and measure the impact of what we ship. • Uncover the drivers behind top-level KPIs: which behaviors, use cases, endpoints and product experiences predict activation, retention and expansion. • Design, run and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, pricing and packaging changes) and apply advanced statistical models when needed. • Build the data you need: model raw product, usage and billing data into trusted, reusable datasets with SQL, dbt and Python and more. • Apply predictive and statistical modeling (segmentation, propensity, forecasting, classification and clustering) where it sharpens product decisions. • Proactively monitor key product metrics, investigate trends and anomalies, and surface insights stakeholders can act on. • Set the standard for how we measure product success: metric definitions, a shared source of truth and analytical rigor across teams. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist, including at least 2 years in a product-facing role. • 2+ years in a SaaS or tech product company, with deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention and monetization. • A proven record of driving product decisions through data: you've shaped roadmaps, launches or strategy, not just reported on them. • Comfort working with large, messy, event-level datasets. • Strong hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, experimentation and data modeling in a production environment. • Strong statistical foundations. • Demonstrated ability to influence business strategy through data and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership. • Strong communication: you can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling story and a concrete recommendation. • Experience with modern data tooling (Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and BI tools like Omni/Looker/Tableau). • BSc in Statistics / Math / CS / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Nice to Have • Experience at an API-first, developer-focused or PLG company. • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models. • Familiarity with LLMs / AI tooling, and using AI agents to speed up your own analytical work. • Evidence that you build things on your own: a GitHub profile, portfolio, side projects or publications. • MSc in Statistics / Math / CS or equivalent. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs).
