Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop strategic partnerships and drive long-term revenue growth. The Day-to-Day You will manage and grow key business partnerships, identify new opportunities, and use data and strong negotiation skills to drive long-term revenue growth. Work days are Sunday-Thursday. What You'll Do As a Marketing Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across a variety of industries. You'll analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize large-scale paid search marketing campaigns across multiple industries. • Own and manage high marketing budgets in competitive global markets. • Conduct marketing research and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights. • Set up, implement, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns. • Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technical teams to drive marketing performance and innovation. Requirements What We're Looking For - Entry-Level Candidates: • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university – required. • Preferred fields of study: Economics, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics), or Engineering. • Outstanding academic achievements, such as graduating with honors (e.g., Magna Cum Laude) or a high Psychometric Exam/GMAT score – a strong advantage. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Fluent English (written and spoken). Or Experienced Candidates: • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads). • Experience managing monthly marketing budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars. • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Fluent English (written and spoken). As the first point of contact for employees and guests at our Tel Aviv office, you’ll create a welcoming environment, manage the front desk, and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. You’ll work closely with our People Operations & Employee Experience team to help keep office life running smoothly. This is a full-time, fully on-site role at our Tel Aviv office, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. The role reports to the Head of People Operations & People Experience. Your Impact • Reception & Employee Service: Manage the front desk, welcome guests, respond to employee requests, coordinate meeting room bookings, and handle incoming mail and deliveries. • Office Operations & Administrative Support: Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-maintained workspace. • Supplier & Service Provider Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, place orders, and handle invoices. • Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate purchases and replenishment to support ongoing office needs. • Employee Experience Support: Assist the Employee Experience team with preparations and logistics for happy hours, company events, team-building activities, and employee gifts. Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office operations role – a must. • High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal – a must. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented approach. • A proactive, hands-on attitude, with the ability to work independently and remain calm in a busy environment. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Calendar, Docs/Word, and Sheets/Excel. • Familiarity with AI tools for administrative and operational efficiency – an advantage.
