Responsibilities : • Play and deconstruct top-grossing titles to analyze monetization loops, engagement strategies, player psychology, and user behavior - identifying which features work, and more importantly, why they work • Conduct deep-dive research across Product, Design, Monetization, Economy, Marketing and other domains to ensure our games and overall player experience remain at the forefront of the landscape • Influence the studio’s direction by identifying industry shifts and emerging trends that drive business decisions and long-term scaling • Partner with Product teams to ideate and design new features, leveraging market intelligence to turn creative concepts into high-impact game mechanics • Deliver convincing and creative presentations to business teams and executive stakeholders, providing actionable insights and feedback that translate complex problems into solutions • Monitor the global market, including soft launches and unannounced titles, to identify emerging trends that shape our new business directions and potential growth through external partnerships • Master advanced research and business tools to transform raw industry data into refined, competitive intelligence Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a role related to research, analysis, product, or game design • A product-oriented mindset combined with a business-driven approach, with the ability to actively contribute to the ideation, design, and creation of new features • An AI-curious mindset: you experiment with new AI tools, and you know how to apply them to work smarter and deliver deeper insights • Strong ability to balance quantitative data with qualitative insights and a deep understanding of player experience to form a holistic market view • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence business strategy at a high level • A keen curiosity for the mobile gaming industry, social media platforms, and emerging technology trends • Professional-level English (verbal and written)

In this role, you will be deeply involved in shaping the core gameplay experience, building robust client architecture in Unity, and taking end-to-end ownership of features - from smooth client interactions to lightweight, scalable backend development. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and maintainable game features. • Drive features from initial technical design to production, taking responsibility for both client-side logic and the necessary backend endpoints/services • Optimize and scale both client-side gameplay and backend systems for millions of players, ensuring a high-performance, seamless experience across the entire technical stack. • Implement both client and server logic with robust network protocols, state synchronization, and data persistence that seamlessly scale • Work closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Artists to iterate quickly on new mechanics and features Requirements • 4+ years of mobile game development experience, with Unity expertise • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and data-driven development principles • Practical experience with Client-Server systems (APIs, WebSockets, JSON/Protobuf) and state synchronization • Deep knowledge of mobile optimization, performance profiling, and memory management • Experience with local/remote data persistence, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong product orientation, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. This is an on-site position. In this role, you will own video ad creatives end to end, from brief to delivery, across our portfolio: Coin Master, Travel Town, Reality Bay, Family Bay and more. You will create everything from scroll-stopping hooks and gameplay mechanics to rich narrative storytelling ads, at the pace and volume performance marketing demands. You will direct generative tools (such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2, ComfyUI, Suno, ElevenLabs, and others) alongside After Effects and Photoshop, combining the speed of AI with the storytelling fundamentals that make a shot work.
