Junior Customer Success Manager
Mesh Payments · Israel

This is a strategic, relationship-owning role. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of Mesh's Start-up and growth customers, responsible for their satisfaction, retention, and growth, and for surfacing risk, renewal, and expansion opportunities before they become urgent. This role reflects an evolution of our Customer Success function: rather than a CSM managing day-to-day account needs, this is a strategic ownership role for our hyper-growth book. What you'll do Manage a portfolio of 85+ startup and scaled accounts as their main day-to-day contact, keeping account health and activity current. Drive activation and adoption after go-live, making sure customers fully use the cards, expense, and spend management features they signed up for. Monitor usage data and health signals to spot churn risk early, and escalate with a clear recommended next step. Run regular check-ins with customer admins and finance teams, and prepare business reviews for larger accounts. Own the expansion opportunities process for your portfolio: identify, qualify, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Own the renewal process for your portfolio end to end: track upcoming renewals, flag risk early, lead the renewal conversation, and close renewals on time. Resolve customer requests and escalations in partnership with Support, Operations, and Implementation. Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to help shape the roadmap and customer communications. Use AI tools daily to work faster: account research, call summaries, follow-ups, and reporting. What we're looking for At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing B2B role. 2-4 years of customer service experience, or 1-2 years as a Customer Success Manager or in Business Development and sales. Clear, confident written and verbal communication (Both English and Hebrew), comfortable leading calls with finance admins and controllers. Highly organized, able to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize using data. Comfortable with spreadsheets and usage data, and curious about what the numbers say about a customer. Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce or similar) is required. Hands-on experience working with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) is required. Coachable and eager to learn the product inside out, and to explain why it matters to the customer. Strong team player who works well with Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product. Nice to have Fintech, payments, or spend management background. Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Familiarity with finance workflows such as expense management, accounts payable or accounting system integrations. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Customer Onboarding Specialist
Mesh Payments · Israel

About the role When a deal reaches pre-onboarding, two things start at once: the legal track, where the order form gets negotiated and signed, and the KYB track, where the customer proves who they are. Today the KYB track has automated emails and no owner, and the person who answers when a customer replies is our Legal Operations Manager, who also carries every legal matter in the company. You take the KYB track off her from day one, own the customer from signed order form to their implementation or onboarding call, and handle the legal admin around order forms so she can do legal. This is not the job of teaching a customer to use Mesh. Configuration, training and adoption belong to Implementation for larger customers and Customer Success for everyone else, and start after you hand over. What you will do Own the KYB track from the day the case opens. Confirm the right contact after the automated kickoff, and when a customer goes quiet after the reminders, you call, you find the right person, you get the account owner involved. Nothing sits at Waiting for Customer without a human behind it. Run KYB and KYC collection end to end. Explain what each document is for, chase on a fixed cadence, answer the questions a CFO or office manager will have. The KYB bot handles the first line; you are the human in the loop behind it. Legal questions go to Mai. Keep the record clean so Compliance can review the moment a document lands. Handle legal operations for Mai. Prepare order forms from approved pricing, send them through DocuSign, track signatures, record the signature date on the agreement, file the signed copy. Mai approves terms; you run the paperwork. Own every rail. US, Israel on Mesh's own licence, Adyen for the EU and UK, PTC for Canada, NIUM for Singapore and Australia. Each has its own document pack and partner requirements. NIUM is fully manual and you will prepare those cases for Compliance. Get every approved customer to their implementation or onboarding call. Once KYB is approved, make sure the call is booked and held. That call is where your ownership ends and Implementation's or the CSM's begins. Escalate on a schedule. Day 10 to the account owner with one specific ask, day 20 to Compliance leadership. In writing, every time. Be a second pair of hands on the operational queue (interwires, credits and debits, deposit refunds) when Compliance needs it. Report and improve. Days from signed Order Form to implementation or onboarding call, monthly, plus one process improvement a month. What we are looking for One to three years in customer-facing operations, onboarding, legal operations, support or compliance operations, ideally at a fintech, payments company or B2B SaaS Native-level written and spoken English. You will be writing to finance leaders across the US, Israel, Europe, Canada and Asia-Pacific Fluent Hebrew. You will run the Israeli pipeline directly with Israeli customers and alongside Compliance and Legal Genuinely organised. Forty open threads at once, none dropped Careful with paperwork. You will send contracts and record exactly what came back Comfortable following up for the fifth time and still sounding like someone the customer wants to help Salesforce experience, or clear evidence you pick up systems fast Nice to have Exposure to KYB or KYC document collection, UBO structures, certificates of incorporation or bank verification Familiarity with Persona, DocuSign or similar verification and signature tooling Experience working a same-day operational queue against an SLA Exposure to a regulated environment where your own company holds the licence Sounds like your kind of challenge? Send your resume to [email protected], and let's talk!

You'll lead a global team across Israel, Europe, and the US, including both managers and individual contributors. While this is first and foremost a leadership role, you'll stay close to our key customers, get involved in our most strategic projects, and act as a trusted advisor to customers on both the technical and the financial side of their setup. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Operations, and your team's insights will help shape where Mesh goes next. This is a global role with regular overlap with US working hours. Stay involved in our most strategic customer projects, especially with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. Own escalations and risk management for key accounts, with a clear, repeatable framework for handling difficult situations before they become churn risks. Support the Sales team in complex deals that require your involvement. Define KPIs and OKRs for the team, and build the processes and SLAs behind them, covering time to go-live, ticket response and resolution times, and CSAT. Partner with the COO on scoping and pricing implementation and integration packages. Work with the Support team to strengthen first-line technical responses through tools, knowledge and clear escalation paths. Lead your team in building a knowledge base and technical resources, working alongside them to create the playbooks, use cases and best practices they use with customers. Be the voice of the customer, turning patterns from the field into clear, prioritized input for Product and R&D. Bring AI into how the team works, using AI tools to speed up implementations, ticket resolution and team management. Coach, mentor and train the team on the new working methodology: squads, SOWs, project plans and KPIs. VP Product
Mesh Payments · Israel

Mesh is a global B2B SaaS Travel & Expense platform built on a simple bet: the best T&E is the kind nobody has to use. We're entering a new stage of growth, and putting real weight behind it – leveling up AI adoption, building Product practices that can scale, and growing the leaders who'll take us there. We're looking for a VP of Product to lead that shift – not just set the direction, but personally drive it. You'll partner closely with our founders on our biggest strategic bets, and define where the Product organization goes from here. This is as much an execution role as a strategic one, especially on AI – we need someone who rolls up their sleeves, not just someone who assigns it to others. What You'll Own Own the product strategy, portfolio priorities, and roadmap together with our founders and leadership team. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Act as Mesh's de facto AI lead in Product – deciding, product by product, whether AI accelerates a workflow or removes it entirely, and personally driving the initiatives that matter most. Set the norm that Product builds with AI coding tools, not just talks about them – prototyping yourself when it matters, and expecting the same instinct from every PM on the team. Turn complex financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products with Engineering and Design. Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around priorities and trade-offs. Represent the product direction with the board, investors, customers, and partners. What You'll Bring Previous experience as a VP of Product, CPO, or in an equivalent executive product leadership role within a B2B SaaS company – must. 8+ years of product management experience, including building and leading Product teams – must. A strong bias toward execution over delegation – you use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to prototype, automate, or ship things yourself, can point to something real you built end-to-end, and expect the same from the PMs you hire – must. A track record of leading AI strategy at the organizational level – not just experimenting, but deciding where AI creates real business leverage and owning the outcomes – must. A track record of scaling a Product org – not just running one – through a fast-growth stage, including the hiring and mentoring that comes with it. Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to simplify complex problems. Experience communicating product direction to boards, investors, or senior executives. Proven experience owning a multi-product portfolio; fintech, payments, or financial software experience is a strong advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build trust across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM. Decisive leadership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. This is a rare moment to decide how much of Mesh's product goes invisible next – and to build the team that gets that call right. Send your resume to [email protected], and let's talk!

Senior Product Manager
Mesh Payments · Israel

Our whole bet at Mesh is that the best T&E is the kind nobody has to use – and AI is how we get there. There's still a lot of surface area left to make invisible, and that's exactly the opportunity: we're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help decide what goes invisible next, not just execute a roadmap someone else already wrote. That's the kind of 0→1 ownership you'd normally only get by starting something of your own – here, it comes with a live platform, real customers, and a team already in place. Roles like this don't come around often. What You'll Own Own a product area end-to-end – from discovery and strategy through launch and measurable results – partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams along the way. Push past "add AI" as a checkbox – the real question is whether a workflow goes invisible: work the customer used to think about, and now doesn't. Prototype and automate with AI coding tools as part of your daily work – often the fastest way to validate an idea or ship a fix without waiting in an engineering queue. Work directly with customers to uncover real needs, and turn complex, ambiguous financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products. Partner closely with Product Design and make thoughtful trade-offs across customer value, business impact, UX, and technical complexity. What You'll Bring 5-8 years of product management experience, with a track record of end-to-end ownership and measurable business outcomes, not just features – must. Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features end-to-end, and a track record of using AI coding tools daily – Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar – to automate your own work and ship something real yourself – must. Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal – must. Strong product sense and a meticulous eye for UX, with the ability to find clarity in ambiguity and partner closely with Design and Engineering. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with high ownership and judgment built for a fast-moving environment. If you've been thinking about building something of your own, this is where you get to – backed by a real team, not alone. And if you want to help decide what goes invisible next, and then own building it, we'd love to meet you! Send your resume to [email protected], and let's talk!
