The role We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. This is an end-to-end role - from campaign brief through concept, design, and launch. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product to shape how HoneyBook shows up to the people running their own businesses - and to the customers we're trying to reach. What you'll do • Translate positioning and campaign strategy into design that's clear, distinctive, and on-brand across web, lifecycle, paid, and social. • Own creative from brief to shipped asset - landing pages, launch campaigns, email, sales enablement, and brand moments. • Rapidly prototype and test creative directions using Claude, Weave, Midjourney, Figma, and others to get real work in front of stakeholders and users fast. • Partner with growth and lifecycle marketers to make design decisions that move real metrics - not just look good in a deck. • Contribute beyond your own campaigns - to our visual system, our brand craft, and our design culture. What we're looking for 6+ years designing and shipping marketing or brand work at meaningful scale, with outcomes you can speak to. Beyond experience, we hire for a specific type of designer: • First-Principles Thinker. Questions the brief before a single pixel is pushed. Asks why this problem, why now, and what success actually looks like - then challenges any assumption that doesn't hold up. • Strategic Storyteller. Connects business goals, audience insights, and positioning into clear, compelling creative. Understands that great marketing starts with the right story—not the right visual. • Excellent Craft. Delivers work with exceptional attention to detail, strong art direction, and uncompromising quality. As AI makes execution increasingly accessible, exceptional craft is defined by judgment, taste, and knowing what is worth refining. • Simplifier. Cuts before they add. In a world where AI makes it easy to generate more of everything, they find the one thing that matters and remove the rest. We're seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid social as a core growth engine for HoneyBook. You'll take ownership of high-budgets, full-funnel campaigns, shape testing frameworks and push the channel mix into new territory. A few of the things you will do: • Own the strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management of large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels - balancing brand awareness and performance objectives, and making the call on where and how to invest to hit pipeline and revenue targets. • Use creative and conversion data to identify and reach high-value audiences, and continuously optimize performance across the funnel. • Lead testing roadmaps — audience, creative, bidding, and platform-level experiments — and translate results into scalable strategy. • Partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Finance) to plan and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns. • Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies, and critical insights; build the measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes. • Create and present clear, actionable reports and recommendations to marketing leadership, using data analysis and visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. • Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging channels, and bring point-of-view on where HoneyBook should test next. • Act as a senior voice on the team — sharing best practices, raising the bar on channel expertise, and mentoring more junior team members as the team grows. What we're looking for in a candidate • Analytical thinking— a healthy data obsession is required to work in this role given the amount of data at our fingertips. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. • Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward. • Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance. • Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms. What's needed: • 5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube. • Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus. • Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization. • A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy. • Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting. • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools). • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems.
