Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from. And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! Let's cut to the chase. What's the job? We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented People Operations professional to own the systems, processes, and data that make our people function run seamlessly - from the employee lifecycle to organizational surveys and everything in between. If you believe that great HR is built on clean data, tight processes, and systems that actually work - and that when those things are in place, everything moves faster - this is the place for you. You will: • Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end - from a first-day experience that sets new hires up right, through employment documentation and status changes, to a well-run offboarding and exit survey. • Keep BambooHR the single source of truth: employee records, org charts, files, policies, and templates - accurate, organized, and current, so the team always has data it can trust. • Own our people data story: design, launch, and analyze employee surveys (engagement, pulse, eNPS), and build the dashboards, reports, and clean data that turn it all into informed people decisions for leadership. • Manage compensation & benefits administration - coordinating payroll changes and employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external vendors, with accuracy across every system. • Support Guardio's core People processes: performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and organizational changes. • Be the go-to for our team: translate policies into clear answers on leave, benefits, and day-to-day People topics - and build self-serve documentation so people find answers before they need to ask. • Automate everything worth automating: spot manual, repetitive work across the lifecycle and use AI tools to turn it into workflows that run themselves - and improve or build processes from diagnosis to execution. • Partner with the VP People on sensitive, confidential matters - handling delicate situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 3+ years in People Ops / HR Operations, with hands-on experience in an HRIS platform (BambooHR or similar). • You use AI tools in your day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as how you get things done. • Strong data orientation: comfortable running survey analyses, building reports, and turning people data into insights. • A self-starter with high ownership: you spot a process gap and fix it, and when something is unclear or stuck, your instinct is to create clarity and push it forward. • Exceptional organization and follow-through: you naturally track details, owners, deadlines, and next steps - moving multiple initiatives forward at once, calm under pressure. • Deep discretion and trustworthiness, with strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment around sensitive information. • An empathetic, service-oriented mindset - with no ego. People genuinely enjoy working with you. • High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal. Nice to have: specific experience with BambooHR, and a background in a tech/startup environment.

Frontend Tech Lead

So, what's the job? Guardio's frontend runs in four places: a browser extension, a web app, a mobile app, and the growth funnel. Four surfaces, four teams, one user who never sees the seams. We're looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to own that craft across our frontend teams. You'll set the architecture, define the quality bar, and write the code on the hardest problems yourself. Not a generic fullstack role. Frontend is the discipline here, and you're the authority on it. Hands-on, no direct reports. You will: • Advance the frontend architecture across both web and mobile platforms. • Define the quality bar and make it measurable. Performance budgets, testing strategy, and review standards that hold in the age of AI. • Build the shared foundation. Design system, component library, and build tooling that every frontend engineer at Guardio works through. • Take the hardest problems yourself. Remove bottlenecks, speed up infrastructure, solve that time-critical bug in prod. • Make the engineers around you better through code review, design review, and mentoring across our teams. • Push how far AI can take frontend work at Guardio, and build the agents, skills, and workflows that let a small group ship like a much larger one. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're looking for a specific kind of person. • 5+ years in frontend engineering, with deep React and TypeScript. You've owned complex products from first design through production and kept them healthy afterwards. • You've been a frontend tech lead before. You owned the technical direction for a team, made the architecture calls, and set the standards. Formal management experience is not required. • AI-pilled. You build with a coding agent every day, you've built your own workflows, and you know exactly where they break. In production, not in demos. • You've built at consumer scale. Millions of users, real traffic, and a business that notices when a render path gets slower or a page stops converting. • You care about craft. UX, accessibility, and polish show up in what you've shipped, and you can explain why a screen feels right. • You're great to work with. You communicate clearly, argue with evidence, own your mistakes, and bring real energy without the ego. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. Our tech stack: • Client: React and React Native in TypeScript • Backend: Python + Go • Cloud: Google Cloud on Kubernetes (GKE) • Data and experimentation: BigQuery, MySQL, Clickhouse, Redis, and our in-house A/B platform • AI tooling: Claude Code with an internal plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers, and CLIs Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

Fullstack Growth Engineer

At Guardio, the Growth team moves fast to turn visitors into protected, paying users. We work in quick cycles: idea → build → A/B test → learn → iterate. We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Product Engineer who loves owning features from the first line of code to live production, and using data to see what works. You will: • Own features end-to-end: Build across the frontend, backend, and a bit of mobile. • Run A/B tests: Design, ship, and analyze experiments. You won't just build features; you'll prove that they work using data and metrics. • Build fast with AI: Go straight from a mockup to a finished page using AI tools and agents—no waiting in line for a designer. • Add AI to the product: Build smart features like personalized onboarding to improve user experience and boost metrics. • Multitask: Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving forward without dropping the ball. • Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and team leads, actively unblocking yourself to get things done. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're not checking boxes. We're looking for a specific kind of person. You're probably a great fit if: • Experienced: You have 5+ years of software engineering experience. You deeply understand how things work under the hood (networking, data structures, and deployment). • Genuinely Fullstack: You have strong skills in modern frontend (React) and backend systems. React Native is a big plus. • AI-Native: You fluently use coding assistants (like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude) to work faster, but you carefully review and own every line of code you ship. • Product-Minded: You care about why you are building something. You base your decisions on evidence, not just gut feelings. • Autonomous: You are reliable. When handed a goal, you get it done without needing to be micromanaged. • A Team Player: You bring positive energy, communicate clearly, own your mistakes, and leave your ego at the door. How we work Our workflow is fast and structured. We use Linear to track every task from idea to production. You will typically handle several tasks at the same time. We are an AI-first team, meaning we expect you to use AI tools to automate repetitive work, speed up your coding, and multiply your output without sacrificing quality. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. Our tech stack: • Frontend: React + React Native (TypeScript) • Backend: Python • Cloud: GCP — GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions • Data & experimentation: BigQuery, MySQL, Redis, and our internal A/B experimentation platform • Workflow: Linear (idea → production), AI tooling throughout Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

IT Specialist

We're looking for an IT Specialist to own the systems every Guardio employee runs on - identity, devices, access, tools and the office itself. Our IT is cloud-first and deliberately broad: 100+ people, a Mac-first fleet, everything behind SSO, and a stack that runs from Okta to Claude Code. Plenty of it still works because someone does it by hand - and your mission is to change that. Solve things once, automate them, and build the checks that catch what automation misses. You'll work alongside our Director of IT with real ownership from day one - and since we're a security company, doing all of it securely isn't an extra requirement. It's just how we work. You will: • Own the employee lifecycle end to end - onboarding to offboarding: device, identity, access, and licenses - with SSO on every app, permissions driven by groups and access that grants and revokes itself as people join, move, and leave. • Automate everything worth automating: workflows, APIs, scripts and agents that turn manual IT work into systems that run themselves. • Own the fleet: MDM across Mac and Windows, plus the full hardware lifecycle - procurement to secure retirement. • Own vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiation, landing new tools properly inside the company, licenses and renewals. No surprises on renewal day. • Keep the office running: network, AV, and everything physical. • Be the person everyone's thrilled to work with - prompt, articulate and committed to taking every issue across the finish line. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 2-5 years in IT operations at a tech company. • You've run an enterprise MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud or equivalent) and an identity provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID or similar). These two are the non-negotiables. • Strong on macOS, competent on Windows and solid on networking fundamentals. • You're AI-native: you already use AI tools to move faster, you've built something real with them and you know when to verify the output before trusting it. • The third time you do something manually, you automate it. That instinct matters more to us than any specific tool on your CV. • You write things down. The next person shouldn't have to ask you how it works. • Excellent English, written and spoken. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. What you'd be running: • Identity: Okta + Google Workspace • Endpoints: Mac-first fleet with some Windows, fully MDM-managed, EDR on everything • Access: Zero Trust via Tailscale, cloud-managed Wi-Fi • The rest of the stack: Slack, Notion, Atlassian, GitHub, 1Password, BambooHR, GCP • Tooling: Claude Code with an in-house plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers and CLIs - the same one R&D uses Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

Lifecycle & Automation Lead

So, what’s the job? You'll own the full stack of how Guardio communicates with its users across email, SMS, voice, and beyond. Ownership here means three things: being the technical backbone that makes the stack work reliably at scale; enabling Growth & Product to use these systems independently; and spotting where we're leaving money on the table and acting on it. You think like a technical product manager who builds things themselves, or a growth manager who genuinely cares about ARR. You collaborate with engineers as a peer, design systems others can operate, and connect the dots between a data signal and a revenue opportunity. You will • Own the full communications stack end-to-end - architecture, configuration, governance, and documentation across Customer.io, Retell, and Twilio. • Be the internal expert everyone trusts - the person teams come to when they want to do something new with comms and need to know what's possible, what's smart, and what to avoid. • Build and maintain the technical layer - lifecycle flows, integrations, and automations. Enforce the guardrails that keep it clean: send frequency logic, suppression rules, fallback handling, and data hygiene. • Proactively identify revenue opportunities and lifecycle gaps (upsell moments, win-back sequences, churn risks) and own them from idea to shipped experiment. • Use AI to build, maintain, and optimize messaging skills - test, learn, and make every communication smarter over time. • Build the playbooks, templates, and documentation that let Growth, Marketing, and Product work on the comms stack independently. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 3+ years in a technical role - lifecycle, CRM, growth, or marketing ops, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company. • Hands-on with at least one serious lifecycle, AI voice agent, or CRM tool - Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Retell AI, or equivalent. You've built complex flows yourself. • Genuinely excited about AI - you've built and maintained skills or agents and see them as a core part of how you work. • Technically confident: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, event-based data models, and data structures. You can read documentation, debug integrations, and have a real conversation with a backend engineer. • A systems thinker who builds for others - clean, structured, and ready for the AI era. • Revenue-oriented: you love spotting opportunities in the data and turning them into real business impact. • This is an IC role with the opportunity to build and lead a small team over time.

Organic Growth Manager
Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description What's Guardio? Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we've doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn't built for this - so we're building it: protection that sees the person, connects all the dots, and stops attacks and scams wherever they come from. And honestly, we all feel it here - it's just the beginning. So, what's the job? We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager. The scorecard is simple: if organic revenue grows, you're doing the job. Millions of people search for exactly what we solve, and most of them never find us. You're here to close that gap. Search is changing fast. Traditional SEO still matters, but discovery is expanding into AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. The ground is shifting under the whole discipline, so we want someone who builds, tests fast, kills what doesn't work, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief to start. You'll use AI tools and agents to operate with the output and speed of a much larger team. If your workflow looks the same as an SEO Manager’s did two years ago, this isn't the job for you. You'll work closely with agencies and internal teams, but this is an IC role and it's yours to run. You will: • Own organic discoverability at Guardio, end to end. • Build SEO and GEO strategies that grow visibility across Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines. • Design and run experiments, document what you learn, and scale what works. • Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and how people actually search. • Make sure organic growth is built into major product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the start. • Build external authority: editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high-quality backlinks. Know which of those build real trust and bring qualified visitors, and which ones just look good in a report. • Stay ahead of search. Track algorithm updates, competitor moves, AI search developments, and shifting user behavior. Test what looks promising, double down on what pays off. • Own the numbers. Build the measurement framework across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue, and know where organic growth is actually coming from. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? The more of these you check, the better: • 5+ years hands-on SEO, with real results in competitive markets. • Hands-on with GEO, AEO, and AI search, including the judgment to tell evidence from speculation. • Strong across technical SEO, on-page, and content, and fluent in the tools. • A track record of growing organic revenue, with numbers you can point to. • Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building. • Comfortable owning a revenue number when nobody is telling you how to hit it. • Bonus points: programmatic SEO, producing content at scale with AI, or running Reddit, review platforms, and other communities where customers decide who to trust.

So, what’s the job? We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to join our R&D leadership team, reporting to our VP R&D. You’ll own our engineering groups end to end - leading their Group Leads and Team Leads, setting technical direction across large parts of the product, and making sure we deliver fast, reliably, and at consumer scale. This role is about building a world-class engineering organization: the people, the processes, and the technology that will carry Guardio through its next stage of growth. What will you actually do? • Lead, mentor, and grow Group Leads and Team Leads across several engineering groups • Own delivery, quality, reliability, and technical vision across multiple product areas • Partner with the VP R&D to shape R&D strategy, org structure, headcount planning, and engineering culture • Work hand in hand with Product, Design, and Data leadership to turn company goals into clear plans, priorities, and roadmaps • Drive architectural and system design decisions that scale – in performance, security, and cost • Set the bar for how we build: engineering standards, AI adoption, processes, tooling, and ways of working across groups • Lead hiring for senior engineers and managers, and build a strong leadership bench for the future • Identify risks and bottlenecks across the organization early – and fix them • Lead by example – with a high bar for quality, performance, and ownership Sounds great! Am I the right fit? You might be, if you: • Have 5+ years of experience managing managers – leading multiple Team Leads and/or Group Leads • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do hands-on work - must • Have a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and delivering complex products at scale • Have previous experience in fast-moving startups - and know how to get things done • Still care deeply about the tech - and can go deep on architecture and code when it matters • Know how to grow leaders, not just engineers - and build a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous improvement • Think strategically, balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and make clear decisions under ambiguity • Have excellent communication skills and can influence peers, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners

You will: • Own the CFO's calendar end-to-end: prioritize time, resolve conflicts, and make sure the right meetings happen at the right time • Run the operating cadence of the Finance team - weekly staff meetings, monthly reviews, offsites - setting the agenda, tracking action items, and chasing follow-through • Prep the CFO for every meeting: briefing docs, talking points, and the numbers they'll need, ready in advance • Track open action items across Finance and make sure deadlines are actually met - flag what's slipping before it becomes a problem • Run point on cross-functional projects that touch Finance: chase stakeholders, unblock bottlenecks, keep timelines honest • Triage what lands on the CFO's desk and handle what doesn't need their personal attention • Keep a tight, up-to-date view of everything in flight in the CFO's office - who owns what, what's due when, what's at risk What kind of candidates are we looking for? • 5+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or Business Manager role supporting a senior executive - ideally a CFO or finance leadership • Strong grounding in finance - comfortable enough with financial terminology and context to prep real briefing docs and numbers, not just manage logistics • Proven track record owning an operating cadence: setting agendas, running meetings, tracking action items, and making sure follow-through actually happens • Strong project-management instincts - able to run point on cross-functional initiatives, chase stakeholders, and keep timelines honest without being asked twice • Excellent judgment and triage skills - able to independently decide what needs the CFO's personal attention and what doesn't • Fluent Hebrew and strong English, written and spoken

So, what's the job? We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who's equal parts strategic operator, creative storyteller, and builder. Your goal: help shape and strengthen how Guardio shows up everywhere: to consumers who need protection online, talent who want to work somewhere meaningful, customers who deserve more value, and investors who want to back a category leader. This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who can move between strategy and execution, building messaging frameworks, managing research and vendor relationships, running projects end to end, and, where needed, leading distribution. You'll work closely with our security researchers and Labs team to turn real insights into content that earns attention. You'll use AI tools to move fast and scale smart. And you'll help build a content engine that makes Guardio impossible to ignore. You will: • Partner with the VP of Brand to build and maintain Guardio's messaging hierarchy and narrative frameworks across audiences, consumer, talent, enterprise, and investor. • Source, brief, and manage external creative, research, and production vendors from scoping and quotes through delivery. • Own project management across brand initiatives timelines, budgets, and cross-functional handoffs, so work moves without being chased. • Lead or support brand research and testing, including message testing and competitive/category analysis, to sharpen positioning over time. • Work closely with our security researchers and Labs team to turn real insights into content and narrative that earns attention. • Help lead organic brand presence and distribution across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) where needed, and work with external PR firms to surface Guardio Labs stories, scam data, and security trends to journalists and publications. • Manage and maintain Guardio's website content, oversee blog output (working with an external agency), and ensure everything reflects the brand narrative. • Collaborate daily with security, product, design, and creative teams to bring campaigns and stories to life - end to end. • Use AI tools (including image and video generation, writing, and workflow automation) to accelerate production without sacrificing quality. • Track performance across channels, extract real insights, and continuously optimize for positioning and brand strength, not just engagement metrics. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Our guess is you have a strong shot if you check as many of these as possible: • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with real ownership of messaging, positioning, or brand marketing work. • You can work on hands-on execution; comfortable building a messaging doc and negotiating with a vendor in the same week. • You've worked across market research, messaging development, vendor and agency management, and project delivery without needing to wait on anyone. • You know how to brief and manage outside partners, agencies, freelancers, researchers, and get sharp work out of them. • You're fluent in social platforms and know how to play each one: what works on TikTok is not what works on LinkedIn. You understand social and PR well enough to guide it when needed, even if it's not your primary focus. • You're genuinely excited about AI tools and use them daily to create faster, automate smarter, and scale what works. • You're comfortable working with PR teams and understand how to package insights and data for media. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have real ownership, minimal red tape, and lots of room to experiment. • You're curious, strategic, and always learning from what performs, and what doesn't.

So, what's the job? We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join Guardio’s Core Product Team and own the technology that powers threat detection and protection across our products. This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who loves building systems, thinks big, and gets deep into the details. Technical experience in cybersecurity is a must; a background in backend engineering or system architecture is a strong advantage. B2C experience is not mandatory. You will: • Own the strategy and roadmap for our core security systems, building for stronger protection and scale. • Evolve our threat detection capabilities, from the signals we analyze to the decisions that drive protection. • Lead a dedicated team of engineers and security analysts from discovery and technical specifications through testing, launch, and iteration. • Build internal tools that help security analysts investigate threats, test detections, and deploy improvements. • Define and track KPIs for detection quality, system performance, and analyst efficiency. • Work with product managers across Guardio to bring shared security capabilities into existing and future products. What kind of candidates are we looking for? • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ownership of highly technical products, platforms, or backend systems. • A strong technical background in cybersecurity, including practical experience with threat detection, security research, or protection systems. • Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and scale; comfortable working through technical details and system design decisions with engineers. • Experience turning complex problems into a clear product vision, technical requirements, and a roadmap, then driving delivery. • Hands-on analytical skills, with experience defining KPIs and using data to improve product quality. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align security, engineering, and product teams. • Fluent in written and spoken English. Bonus points for: • Previous experience in backend engineering or system architecture before moving into product management. • Experience building real-time decision systems. • Experience building tools for technical users. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup.

So, what's the job? Guardio's R&D ships fast, and at 100+ people our biggest bets now run across several teams at once, spanning Product, Engineering, and Design. We're looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead those programs end to end. You'll make sure the work moves cleanly between Product, Engineering, and Design, lands when we said it would, and lands at the quality bar we hold ourselves to. You'll report to the VP R&D and work as part of the R&D leadership team. This is a building role, not a reporting one. You'll own the process, dashboards, and rhythms that keep R&D moving, not just the status of them. You will: • Own strategic programs end to end. Timeline, dependencies, risk, and quality for our biggest initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Design, from kickoff to release. • Make the cross-team processes actually happen. Own the handoffs between teams and disciplines so work keeps moving and nothing falls into the gaps between them. • Run the fast track. Intake, triage, ownership, verification, and stakeholder updates, with clear SLAs and no dropped threads. • Find where delivery actually stalls. Dig into our Linear, Git, and “plain human” data to surface recurring blockers, slow handoffs, and carryover patterns, then fix the process behind them. • Build the delivery picture. Turn static status updates into live views of cycle time, throughput, and risk that leadership can read at a glance. • Cut the manual chase. Automate the status gathering and the weekly reporting so the job stays about judgment calls, not bookkeeping. • Keep process proportionate. Run the planning and reviews that earn their place, and retire the ones that don't. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're not checking boxes. We're looking for a specific kind of person. You're probably a great fit if: • You've run delivery across multiple teams. 5+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager, Delivery or Release Manager, or a Scrum Master who grew into broader ownership, working across engineering, product, and design. • You know the SDLC from the inside. You're comfortable across engineering, QA, DevOps, Design and data, and technical enough to follow the discussion and catch a risk early. • You're hands-on with Linear or Jira. You model workflows, build dashboards people actually open, and use what's in them to drive decisions. • You work with the data yourself. You pull it and read it rather than waiting on someone to build the report. • You've added structure without adding drag. You've brought process into a fast-moving org, and you know which rituals to retire. • You can’t imagine doing your work without AI. You’ve worked with AI as a means to automate and outsource previously impossible tasks - not just a chat interface. • You're a clear communicator in English. Equally at home with an engineer deep in a bug and an exec who needs the one-line version. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. What you'll be working with: • Workflow: Linear (idea to production) • Client: React + React Native (TypeScript), Kotlin, Swift, Typescript • Backend: Python + Go • Cloud: Google Cloud on Kubernetes (GKE) • Data: MySQL, Redis, BigQuery, Clickhouse • Tooling: Claude Code with an in-house plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers, and CLIs Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! So, what’s the job? You'll operate inside a highly AI-driven creative workflow, using emerging tools to generate, test, iterate, and scale paid ads faster than traditional teams, in a high-volume testing environment where speed, iteration, and decision quality matter more than polished decks. You will: • Own end-to-end ideation for in-house production: angles, concepts, and scripts. Identifying winning directions and translating them into a steady supply of net-new concepts, not just iterations on winners. • Write briefs specific enough that a creator, editor, or AI pipeline can execute without rounds of clarification. • Read performance dashboards daily - CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, translating signals into clear calls on what to scale, iterate, or shut down. • Keep your AI skillset current, proactively exploring new tools and keeping your workflow aligned with best practice as it evolves. • Create winning video and static ads that drive measurable business growth through scalable media buying and rapid creative optimization. • Spearhead creative-led growth on your assigned channels or efforts, driving the creative concept development needed to scale them. • Study the market constantly - competitors, creators, trends, formats, hooks, and emerging ad patterns, and turn what you see into new testing hypotheses. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 3+ years in performance creative (direct-response, not brand) - agency, in-house B2C, or scale-up. • A creative instinct backed by data fluency - you generate net-new ideas as naturally as you read a dashboard. • Comfortable using AI creative tools and proactively exploring new ones. AI is already a core part of your creative workflow. • Independent with performance dashboards - you translate media signals into creative decisions without hand-holding. • Fluent English, written and verbal. • A strong feel for current paid creative across all major performance channels - not just organic social trends. • A precise brief-writer - clear and specific enough for a creator, editor, or AI pipeline to execute without rounds of clarification. • A plus: cybersecurity, fintech, or other trust-sensitive B2C vertical experience. • A plus: hands-on craft experience (editing, design, copywriting, directing) - though the core skill set is creative judgment paired with data fluency.
