Job Description: The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment, managing Production Team Leaders and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant production activities. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and lead Production Team Leaders, including ongoing professional development, performance management, and support. · Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of production employees. · Manage workforce allocation and production staffing, including employee assignments and transfers between production stations according to operational needs. · Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and high professional standards across the production floor. · Manage, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing and Final testing processes. · Own manufacturing processes and ensure operational quality and compliance. · Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures. · Work closely and collaboratively with the Quality ang Engineering departments to ensure compliance, address quality issues, and continuously improve production processes. · Drive operational excellence and implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives Direct Manager: Director of Manufacturing Requirements · Education: o B.S.c in engineering or related field · Job skills: o Proven experience working in a regulated environment - mandatory. o 2 years of experience in a medical device company - advantage o Large volume manufacturing experience o 2-3 years of management experience o Deep familiarity with ISO 13485 and other relevant standards o Familiarity with Lean methodology- an advantage. o Strong people-management skills and experience managing production-floor employees. o Experience with manufacturing and quality documentation - an advantage. · Computer skills: o Full control in all Office programs o hands-on proficiency in SAP ERP System · Personality: o Well organized and paying attention to details o Independent, responsible and patient o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment. · Language skills: o Fluent English - writing and verbal

Lead the mechanical aspects of the design and development of new products, from concept through production, while providing ongoing engineering support for the company’s existing product portfolio Direct Manager: Mechanics & HW Director Requirements · Education: BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from a well-known university – a must. · Job Skills: o At least 6 years of proven experience in electro-mechanical product design and development. o At least 3 years of proven experience in the design and development of precision drive mechanisms - a must. o Proven track record of mechanical designs from concept through development and into production. o Strong ability to create and maintain accurate engineering documentation, including concepts, designs, drawings, specifications, and processes. o Understanding and knowledge of medical device regulations and standards - an advantage. o Hands-on experience in building, assembling, and testing mechanical components. · Computer Skills: o Excellent hands-on experience with SolidWorks and PDM. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Language skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken. · Personal Skills: o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Self-motivated and able to work independently. o Able to perform effectively under pressure. o Strong team player.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. Job Description: The Process Engineer will lead engineering changes and qualify manufacturing processes - on our production floor and at our subcontractors in Israel and abroad - while providing hands-on technical support to production. · Lead engineering changes (ECOs) end-to-end, from definition and impact assessment, through implementation on the production floor, to formal closure. · Plan and execute process verification and validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports. · Lead process qualification at subcontractors in Israel and abroad, including new and replaced equipment and production lines. · Support injection molding activities: DFM reviews with the molder, mold qualification and evaluation of samples. · Provide hands-on engineering support to production and final test lines, and define jigs, fixtures and process parameters. · Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis as part of the NCMR process, and drive corrective actions to closure. · Develop, improve and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, based on production and yield data. · Work closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Purchasing, and manage internal and external stakeholders. Direct Manager: Engineering Manager. Requirements Must Have: · B.Sc. in Engineering - mandatory; Mechanical Engineering - preferred. · 3-5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar production engineering role. · Proven experience leading engineering/process changes end-to-end, from definition through implementation and closure. · Experience with process verification, validation, or qualification activities. · Experience working with external suppliers and subcontractors. · Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, and proven hands-on experience supporting production. · Practical experience using measurement tools and equipment, and the ability to analyze data. · Strong problem-solving, investigation, and root cause analysis capabilities. · Fluent English - written and verbal, including technical writing Advantages: · Experience in the medical device industry. · Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, or other regulated manufacturing environments. · Experience with formal process validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ). · Experience with manufacturing technologies such as injection molding, sheet metal & machining processes. · Experience working with, or qualifying processes at, overseas suppliers and subcontractors. · SolidWorks/PDM experience and the ability to read mechanical drawings. · Experience with eQMS systems. · Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies. Computer Skills: · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a good level of Excel for data analysis.
