About Dot Compliance Dot Compliance provides a ready-to-deploy, Salesforce-native eQMS with the industry's first AI specifically built to deliver safe, reliable decision guidance for critical quality issues. This offers faster, more proactive quality and compliance through vertical AI that empowers data-driven decision making in life sciences quality and compliance. The solutions are fully compliant with 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex 11 and support ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, and 27001. Who we're looking for Dot Compliance is a cloud based, innovative software company, and our product, built on Salesforce platform, allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance We are looking for a builder to join our Professional Services team. Someone who writes code, ships solutions, and looks for ways to automate repetitive work. You'll work directly with customers to implement, extend, and integrate our compliance platform built on Salesforce- and just as importantly, you'll build AI-powered agents and internal tools that make the whole team faster. This is a hands-on technical role: you'll write code, build integrations, migrate data, and solve problems that don't always come with a clear spec. The work spans Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows. You will work across multiple projects and customer environments, often picking up requirements on the fly and figuring out the best path forward independently. To succeed here, you need to move fast, take ownership of problems before they're fully defined, and use AI tools as a natural part of how you build- not as an occasional shortcut, but as how you actually work. Responsibilities: Custom Development: Design and build Salesforce solution- including Apex, LWC, and integrations- based on customer requirements. AI Agents & Internal Tooling: Design and build AI-powered agents and internal tools that improve how the team delivers- automating repetitive work, streamlining processes, and turning good ideas into working tools without waiting to be asked. Build Python-based scripts and tools to support customer onboarding, automation, and data processing needs. Use AI coding tools actively throughout your work- to move faster, explore unfamiliar territory, and deliver without waiting for fully defined specifications. Translate customer requirements- sometimes vague, sometimes complex- into working Salesforce configurations, automated flows, and integrated solutions. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Customer Success to ensure new platform features land well in a services context. Do you have what we're looking for? Software Development Experience: Hands-on experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Software Engineer, with strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, building complex business logic, APIs, and complex process automations.AI-First Workflow: Demonstrated habit of using AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of the daily development workflow, rather than an occasional resource.AWS Familiarity: General familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, and similar).Mindset & Learning: Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility; team player who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.Salesforce Ecosystem: Previous experience developing on or working with the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, or complex Flows) – A strong advantage.

The solutions are fully compliant with 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex 11 and support ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, and 27001. Who we're looking for We're looking for a Tech Lead to be the company-wide focal point for AI utilization, infrastructure, and security — across both our core compliance platform and the Agentic Suite. This is a hands-on technical authority role, not a management track: you'll lead a small team (2-5 engineers) while spending most of your time driving how the company builds with AI, not on people management. You'll report to the Agentic BU owner. Responsibilities Own the company's AI infrastructure — model access, tooling, evaluation, cost/performance tradeoffs — across all engineering teams Drive AI-native R&D transformation: bring agentic development practices into day-to-day engineering workflows, not just the product Own AI-related security posture: data handling, model/tool access control, secure use of third-party AI services Be the go-to technical authority other teams pull in when adopting AI tooling or agentic patterns Lead a small team (2-5 engineers) building and maintaining shared AI infra and tooling Identify workflow inefficiencies across R&D and drive the infra/tooling changes that fix them Do you have what we're looking for? 5+ years leading engineering teams or technical initiatives at the intersection of infra, tooling, and delivery Direct, hands-on experience driving an AI-native R&D transformation — not just using AI tools, but changing how a team builds with them Proven track record of measurably improving R&D workflow efficiency (not just proposing it) Strong technical depth in infrastructure and security — able to make and defend architecture-level calls Comfortable operating as an individual technical leader — influence through expertise, not org size Nice to have Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment Background with agent frameworks (LangGraph or similar) and MCP-based tool architectures Experience with AI infra security specifically (model access control, data isolation, audit logging for AI systems)
