Data Engineer - Attribute™
DoiT · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Location Our Data Engineer will be an integral part of our Attribute Engineering teams. This role is based fully on-site from the Attribute Tel Aviv office, located in Carlibach St 29 Tel Aviv, center. Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. About Attribute™ Meet Attribute™: AI tokenomics without tags, SDKs, or code changes. A lightweight eBPF sensor installs in 15 minutes and starts producing per-customer, per-feature, and per-agent cost the same day. No instrumentation. No tagging policy. No engineering lift. The problem it solves is real and measurable. In DoiT's survey of 500 finance and technology leaders, only 15% said they could calculate AI ROI without significant bottlenecks — and 79% experienced AI-related cost overruns in the past 12 months. AI spend is tripling. Visibility isn't keeping up. Attribute™ fixes that, at the kernel level, with nothing to instrument. The Opportunity Attribute technology and services are heavily based on eBPF technology on the Attribute sensor side and extensive ETL and data processing on the Backend (based on GCP). In order to meet the increasing challenges of the growing business, we are seeking an experienced engineer who will be working closely with our product on one hand and with the Frontend team on the other, and will be responsible for development of new capabilities as well as operational aspects of services you develop. Responsibilities • Implementing features. From proposal through spec and implementation to maintenance. You're expected to propose things you think can be an excellent addition to the products. • Reviewing code. We believe in code reviews, and you'll soon start reviewing pull requests as well. • Providing feedback. The team plans and discusses upcoming work. We provide feedback to each other, trying to find challenges and unknowns as early as possible. • Working AI-augmented. Use AI daily across your workflow, exploring unfamiliar codebases, prototyping, debugging, writing tests, and documentation. • Collaborating cross-functionally. Work with product, support, and other engineers to understand where the gaps hurt, and bring your own ideas to the table rather than waiting for a spec. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a similar field • 2+ years of practical experience with Python, Spark, and PySpark • Experience building ETL processes and working with big data technologies such as Pub/Sub • Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD methodologies • Experience building or operating data pipelines in a SaaS production cloud environment • Versatile developer who learns new tools and technologies quickly, uses AI effectively, and applies sound engineering judgment • Strong collaborator and independent contributor with excellent communication skills • Growth minded, pragmatic problem solver who simplifies complexity and iterates quickly from MVPs using data and feedback • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Self-organized, goal-oriented and self-motivated; confident, thorough and tenacious Bonus Points • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience with C++ or C# • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. Chief Technology Officer

Enterprise Systems Administrator
DoiT · Remote

Location Our GTM Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our Enterprise Systems team. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. The Opportunity We're looking for an engineering-minded owner of the systems our Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams run on: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ and the tools around them. This is not a ticket-queue role. Business teams will bring you solutions ("add a field", "build me a report"). Your job is to find the problem behind the request and see how a change affects every connected system. Then fix it once, ideally so the next person can do it themselves without filing a request. You'll have an internal engineering team to lean on, and you'll use AI tools daily to build faster. Responsibilities • Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: know how CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data, and design every change with that in view. • Turn requests into problems: ask what the business is trying to solve, propose options, explain trade-offs, and say "no" or "not like that" when it's the right call. • Remove recurring manual work: measure the effort, then replace it with automation or self-service tools that business users run themselves. • Build automations, small tools and integrations, choosing the simplest approach that will hold up. • Keep the data model lean and trustworthy: retire unused fields and legacy workarounds, and enforce data quality where data enters rather than cleaning it up later. • Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors where they do the job; where something custom is needed, respect API limits, add error handling and monitoring, and keep sandbox and production consistent. Collaborate with our internal engineering team as necessary. • Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work. • Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack, and use what you see there to pick the next fix. • Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production. • Current Sales/Marketing Tech Stack: Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong Professional, Gong Engage, Gong Forecasting, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Ringlead Qualifications • 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs, and able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript. • A track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples. • Systems thinking: good judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems. • Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel (lead lifecycle, attribution). • Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day. • Clear communicator who can push back on requests with reasons, and works well with business users and engineers. • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work in the country of residence (we do not provide visa sponsorship). Nice to have: • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification; • Git/SFDX; depth in Gong, ZoomInfo or HubSpot; cloud platform experience; • experience with an integration platform or event-driven systems. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multi-cloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Ingram Micro, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. The Opportunity We are modernizing how we run our financial systems and bringing this work in-house, and we're looking for a Financial Systems Engineer to own it. You will own our financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - as an engineer, not just an administrator. What sets this role apart is mindset. You are the kind of person who is averse to doing the same manual task twice and instinctively looks for ways to automate it away. You will own the configuration and business logic of the financial systems, keeping each one doing what it does best, and partner with our internal engineering team on cross-system integration rather than wiring it together by hand. This is a high-ownership role serving Finance and Accounting directly. You will be their dedicated systems partner - someone who knows the platforms deeply, is invested in making them better, and treats reducing manual, error-prone work as the core of the job rather than something to do on the side. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Systems, you will have real room to shape how finance operations run as the company scales Responsibilities • Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health. • Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, procure-to-pay) and reduce or remove them through automation, choosing the simplest effective approach and partnering with engineering for heavier builds. • Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions the systems rely on. • Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering, rather than as one-off scripts buried inside individual tools. • Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate their needs into system capability, own those working relationships, and serve as the technical owner for financial-vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration. • Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work, amplifying your output rather than adding manual effort. Qualifications • 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration required, including: • configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows; • core modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary / multi-location structures; • designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations; • building SuiteFlow automations in response to changing business needs; • managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem. • A working understanding of core finance and accounting processes: month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue. • A strong drive to eliminate repetitive manual work, with a demonstrated track record of automating it (e.g. scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools). • Sound judgment about where logic belongs - what should be system configuration, what should be a cross-system integration, and which system is the source of truth for a given piece of data. • Comfort with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation, and the ability to read and reason about integrations even when engineering builds them. • Strong collaboration and communication across both finance and engineering teams, with the ability to translate between them. • Fluent English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage. Bonus Points: • FloQast administration experience. • Experience working against a central integration platform or in an event-driven environment. • Comfort using AI coding and automation tools in day-to-day work. • Depth in SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0), RESTlets, or NetSuite web services. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. Technical Product Manager - Attribute™
DoiT · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Location Our Technical Product Manager for Attribute will be an integral part of our global Product team. This role is based fully on-site from the Attribute Tel Aviv office, located in Carlibach St 29, Tel Aviv. The Opportunity Attribute is a small, high-ownership team working with large customers. We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to partner with the existing product director and own a broad product surface. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role spanning product discovery, PRDs, customer investigations, data analysis, AI-driven workflows, and delivery. This role is designed for someone with a technical product mindset who thinks in systems, not just features. You should be comfortable working deep within cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data, APIs, and real-world DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and FinOps workflows. You will help turn broad customer and platform needs into clear technical product direction, sequenced investments, and reliably delivered capabilities. You will report to the Director of Product, Attribute and will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, architects, security, customer-facing teams, and customers to determine what the team should build next and why. Responsibilities • Fast iteration and backlog leadership • Deep user and workflow understanding • Customer validation and external communication • Engineering-embedded technical product ownership • Quality, outcomes, and measurement Qualifications • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role working with or building products for public cloud infrastructure—or equivalent depth of experience. We’re hiring for the person, not the title. • A strong product sense for turning messy problems into clear scope and shipped value without waiting for perfect information. • Systems thinking: ability to reason about complex distributed systems, architectural trade-offs, and long-term product evolution. • Prioritization: demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and product investments when making prioritization decisions. • Deep curiosity and technical fluency in cloud fundamentals, including cost and billing concepts, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and public cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure. • An optimizer by nature: you consistently look for ways to improve workflows, increase leverage, and achieve more with fewer hands. • A positive, can-do, adventurer mindset. You are a fast learner who is happy to dive into unfamiliar problems and figure things out along the way. • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong interest in agentic workflows. • Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex ideas simply, facilitate alignment, and confidently engage with customers and experts. • Direct, low-ego communication and collaboration style. Bonus points • Background in FinOps, observability or infra. How success will be measured • The Attribute roadmap advances through frequent, high-quality releases with clear customer value. • Customer feedback loops are strong: you can show how insights translated into shipped improvements. • Adoption and outcomes improve measurably, including usage, engagement, workflow completion, reliability, cost impact, and customer impact. • The Engineering team consistently has clarity on the next most valuable increment to build—and why. • The team uses AI and automation thoughtfully to increase its leverage without compromising quality, safety, or customer trust. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life.
