We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team, in the Israeli site located in Caesarea. Position Overview: As Senior Backend Developer at Clinch, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our backend services. You will work closely with our front-end developers, DevOps team, and other stakeholders to ensure our applications are robust, scalable, and performant. Your primary focus will be on developing backend services using C# on a Linux environment within the AWS cloud infrastructure, with MySQL as the database. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# on Linux. Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Implement and manage database solutions using MySQL, Clickhouse, Athena, Aerospike and ElasticSearch. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains current and effective. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with experience deploying applications on Linux. Solid understanding of database design and management, specifically with MySQL. Experience working with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise efficient solutions to handle large-scale data processing challenges. We are seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will design and build Clinch's next-generation advertising campaign management solution. You'll work in a cross-functional squad-partnering with Engineering, Ad Operations, and Client Experience-to build scalable, reliable systems for advanced customer data processing, activation and agentic AI-driven automation. Location : Caesarea, Israel Responsibilities Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and design, through MVP definition, development, launch, and iteration. Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs. Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product capabilities and features. Own problem discovery and requirements definition for complex engineering and agentic AI–driven capabilities. Work closely with engineers and designers to drive the definition and delivery of new features. Hold project reviews with Development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Build state-of-the-art interfaces that provide users with a seamless, intuitive experience. Measure usage, adoption, and business outcomes for product launches and improvements. Drive the integration of agentic AI workflows, enabling automation, decisioning, and intelligence across the platform. Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in SaaS, data platforms, or infrastructure products. Ad-tech experience is a strong advantage. Strong technical foundation and ability to work deeply with engineering teams. Attention to detail and a strong eye for design. Experience building effective, user-centric web interfaces. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style. Fluent English.
