Join our team and help build the next generation of tools shaping the future of brand management in an AI-first world. About the Role As a Demand Generation & ABM Lead at Brandlight, you will own our enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing motion, turning priority accounts, buying groups, account intelligence, and coordinated Sales and Marketing plays into qualified pipeline. You will identify the accounts we need to win, understand the buying groups inside them, recognize the signals that indicate when and how to engage, and build programs that move those accounts from awareness to conversation to opportunity. This is not a lead-volume or MQL role. Success is qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline progression, and sourced or influenced pipeline. This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with Sales on account strategy and activation, with Growth Marketing on paid and scalable channels, with Field Marketing on executive and account programs, and with GTM Engineering on signals, enrichment, automation, and account intelligence. Responsibilities Own ABM strategy for Brandlight's priority enterprise accounts, including account selection, segmentation, tiering, and prioritization. Design and execute 1:1, 1-to-many, and scalable account-based programs based on account value, buying-group complexity, and stage. Map buying groups across executives, champions, users, influencers, and decision-makers, and build multi-threaded engagement strategies. Partner closely with Sales to create joint account plans, engagement strategies, next-best actions, and coordinated plays that move priority accounts into qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. Use intent signals, engagement, company initiatives, leadership changes, and other triggers to determine when and how to activate an account. Develop account-specific messaging, offers, and campaign concepts with Product Marketing and Content. Work with GTM Engineering to turn account intelligence and signals into scalable workflows, alerts, and personalized actions. Own measurement from target account through buying-group engagement, qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline; continuously test plays, messaging, offers, signals, and personalization, and use AI to improve research, campaign development, analysis, and execution. Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. Proven experience building and executing ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of account segmentation, tiering, buying groups, multi-threading, and complex enterprise buying journeys. Experience designing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs. Proven experience partnering closely with Sales on account planning, activation, opportunity creation, and pipeline. Strong understanding of account intelligence, intent signals, personalization, and trigger-based engagement. Proven experience building programs tied to qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue. Strong messaging, analytical, and commercial judgment. AI-native in how you work, using AI to research, personalize, experiment, analyze, and execute, and comfortable building new demand motions without an established playbook. Experience marketing to Fortune 1000 organizations, working in high-ACV, long-sales-cycle enterprise environments, or building signal-based or intent-driven ABM programs is a strong plus. Why join us Brandlight is helping define how the world's largest brands operate in the AI era, in a category that is being created in real time. You'll work with leading global brands while helping shape the standards, systems, and practices of an entirely new market. You'll have real ownership over how Brandlight identifies, engages, and wins some of the world's highest-value enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with Sales, Growth, Field Marketing, GTM Engineering, and leadership to turn account intelligence and market signals into focused plays that create real opportunities and pipeline. Join our team and help build the next generation of tools shaping the future of brand management in an AI-first world. About the Role As a Senior AI Product Manager at Brandlight you thrive at the intersection of product innovation and execution velocity: someone who deeply understands customer problems, forms an opinionated view of what to build, and then drives it all the way to shipped, adopted product that moves business metrics. This is a single-threaded ownership role. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build one, grounded in customer evidence and strategic judgment, then own every step from problem framing through launch and measurement. You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, and GTM in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where every decision carries real weight. The right person for this role has built products from ambiguity before, has the conviction to say no to 90% of requests, and has a track record of shipping things that customers didn't know they needed but can't live without. Responsibilities Own product strategy and execution for a core domain end to end, from identifying the right problems through shipped, adopted product Go deep on customers, competitors, and market dynamics; translate what you learn into product bets backed by evidence, not opinion Make the hard prioritization calls and build a transparent system the whole company trusts for deciding what gets built and what doesn't Drive delivery with speed and precision: tight specs, aggressive scoping, fast cycles, zero ambiguity Validate before you build; design fast research cycles and kill your own ideas when the data says so Tie every initiative to a business metric with a measurement plan before development begins; own the full loop through post-launch impact Keep the CEO, R&D, and GTM aligned with clear communication and crisp decisions Build repeatable systems for customer research, competitive intelligence, and internal feedback loops Requirements 8+ years in product management, including 2–3+ years as a senior/lead PM in B2B Proven end-to-end ownership: discovery → shipped product with business impact Strong product sense and customer empathy; focuses on outcomes, not features Excellent prioritization; identifies high-impact work and makes clear tradeoffs Ships fast; drives teams to high output through focused execution Strong technical fluency (architecture, data, AI/ML); works closely with R&D Clear communicator; writes sharp specs and keeps teams aligned Curious and self-driven; learns fast and owns execution end-to-end Why Join Us?
