Who we seek: We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager for AI Security to join our Product Management team based in the heart of Tel Aviv. In this role, you will own BigID’s AI Security offering end-to-end: from defining the vision to driving successful execution. This includes expanding our market leadership in securing all data types and applications, with a strategic focus on AI and GenAI deployments. What you'll do: • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for BigID’s AI security offering, including critical areas like data loss prevention, data access governance, and securing data used in AI/ML and GenAI systems. • Collaborate with customers, senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and customer success to shape an innovative, market-leading solution. • Evangelize the security product offering, positioning BigID's capabilities across the data security domain, including our approach to AI data governance, both internally and externally. • Support sales initiatives and represent the product in customer engagements and strategic conversations. • Lead cross-functional execution by clearly communicating priorities to engineering, ensuring alignment around features, improvements, and customer-driven requirements. • Engage closely with design partners and early adopters to validate market fit and ensure adoption. • Assist in resolving customer escalations, partnering with support, sales, and success teams as needed. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. What you'll bring: • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role in cybersecurity, ideally data security. • Deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, including key market trends, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics. • Experience securing AI/ML data pipelines or GenAI applications is highly desirable. • Experience working with design partners, large enterprise customers, and navigating CISO-level conversations. • Strong technical acumen; a BS in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Who we seek: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI to help shape and build BigID AgentIQ, our agentic AI platform transforming how enterprises understand their data, automate workflows, and move from insight to action. This is a hands-on product role for someone who has built and shipped AI-powered products and, ideally, AI agents or agentic workflows. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable, intuitive, and valuable enterprise products. You will own product initiatives end-to-end: from identifying customer problems and validating use cases to launching capabilities and measuring impact. What you'll do: • Build the future of AgentIQ: Define and execute product initiatives that use AI agents to solve real enterprise data intelligence problems. • Design agent experiences: Define agent goals, workflows, tools, APIs, skills, actions, decision points, and human-in-the-loop experiences. • Own execution & trust: Translate concepts into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while defining permissions, guardrails, explainability, and failure handling for enterprise data actions. • Customer discovery & validation: Work directly with customers to identify high-value agentic use cases, validate prototypes, gather feedback, and translate needs into product improvements. • Conduct market research: Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging agentic AI technologies to identify opportunities and shape AgentIQ’s product strategy. What you'll bring: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong technical background in areas such as Technical Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, or AI/ML. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool calling, APIs, orchestration, and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot). • Ability to navigate the evolving agentic AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging models, frameworks, platforms, protocols, and tools. • Strong technical understanding of AI application architecture, complex systems, and technical trade-offs, with the ability to prototype and experiment independently. • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customer-facing teams. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Who we seek: If you love working on production infrastructure, you're welcome to join us! We’re looking for an Engineer to join our DevOps team in the heart of Tel Aviv. DevOps is responsible for the R&D platforms, which are based on containers and micro-services. Your main focus will be improving production infrastructure, building next-level automation and leveraging AI agents and modern tooling to accelerate developer workflows and operations while working closely with the R&D teams. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who love supporting a passionate and collaborative team, solving problems, innovating creative solutions, and continually improving company processes and culture. What you’ll do: • Take our CI/CD to the next level • Develop and debug on top of Kubernetes infrastructure • Improve our cloud-native terraform modules • Research new technologies and provide overall technical direction for the team • Plan and push closing the automation backlog • Communicate with teams across the organization on testing strategy and design • Propose improvements to the testing process to decrease defects found in production • Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment What you’ll bring: • 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer • Experience in Python/Bash/Groovy • Solid grasp of software development life cycle, best practices, and methods across multiple teams: Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, team leadership, and mainly test automation. • Hands-on production experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native microservice architectures. • Experience using AI agents and modern LLM tools to optimize infrastructure, operations, and developer workflows. • Experience with at least one of Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or GitHub actions • Experience with AWS, Terraform, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Git, Docker, and Relational and non-relational DBs • Excellent communication skills are required for documenting and connecting with other groups • Ability to explore and initiate new ideas, think, and learn independently. • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
