Requirements • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles, including at least 2 years leading a team or technical leadership of a DevOps function. • Strong experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including networking, compute, storage, and managed services. • Proven experience building secure and scalable architectures, including IAM, security controls, encryption, secrets management, and secure networking patterns. • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD (for example GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and modern release practices. • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and automation scripting (Python, Bash, or similar). • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), including production operations and scaling. • Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, Splunk, or similar) and incident management processes. • Solid understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting complex production issues. • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and a practical leadership approach.

Bagira is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend-Oriented) with a strong backend orientation to join our engineering team. You will work on cloud-based applications in a matrix organization, taking full ownership of features from design through production. The role emphasizes backend architecture, scalability, and reliability, with frontend work focused on integration, usability, and performance. This is a full-time position, based at our headquarters in Modi'in. What will you do? • Own features end-to-end: requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Lead technical design for complex services, APIs, and integrations, considering scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-ready backend services using .NET (.NET Core), including REST APIs, background services, security, and data access layers. • Drive system-level thinking across services, databases, and integrations with internal and external systems. • Consume and maintain frontend components using modern frontend technologies, with focus on clean integration with backend services rather than heavy UI design. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams in a matrix environment while executing independently. • Improve engineering standards and code quality through reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance, especially around frontend testing and maintainability. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver long-term, robust fixes. • Participate in estimations, planning, and technical decision-making, and influence the product roadmap through engineering insights. Requirements • 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development and meaningful full-stack exposure. • Deep expertise in .NET / .NET Core, including Restful API design, background processing, authentication and authorization, and integration patterns - Must • Strong backend design and architecture skills, including SOLID principles, clean code, modularization, and real-world system design experience. • Frontend experience with modern frontend technologies, including component-based design, state management, routing, and API consumption. • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor/Copilot or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, and documentation, with good judgment and security awareness. • Experience with cloud-native application development and operations on AWS, Azure and GCP. • Strong experience with relational and non-rational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), data modeling, indexing, and query optimization. • Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and modern development workflows. • Excellent debugging skills across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers. • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership in a matrix organization with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical decisions clearly while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Description Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems worldwide, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end design and construction of simulation sites in Israel and abroad. This hands-on role combines architectural and infrastructure planning, drafting, project management, contractor coordination, and on-site supervision-from initial requirements through site handover and readiness for system installation. • Manage simulation-site construction projects from requirements definition and planning through execution, commissioning, and handover. • Translate technical and operational system requirements into construction, layout, and infrastructure plans. • Prepare site layouts, construction drawings, and detailed plans using AutoCAD. • Plan and coordinate site requirements, including electrical systems, communications, HVAC, lighting, acoustics, safety, accessibility, and related infrastructure. • Prepare and manage contractor tender documents, evaluate bids, and support the contractor selection process. • Coordinate and manage architects, structural engineers, professional consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, work plans, and milestones. • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, technical requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. • Identify design and execution gaps and provide practical solutions during construction. • Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and follow up on corrective work. • Ensure site readiness for the installation, integration, and commissioning of simulation systems. Requirements • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a relevant practical engineering qualification. • Up to 5 years of hands-on experience in on-site supervision of construction projects, from initial planning through completion and handover. • Experience in the design, construction, and on-site supervision of similar facilities abroad-such as simulation sites, training centers, control rooms, technology-intensive facilities, or defence facilities-an advantage. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, including the preparation of site layouts, construction drawings, and detailed execution plans. • Proven experience coordinating architectural, construction, and infrastructure plans and working with contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and professional consultants. • Experience preparing and reviewing technical specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, project schedules, and contractor proposals. • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and priorities independently. • High-level English, including the ability to work with technical documentation and communicate in an international environment. • Willingness to travel to project sites in Israel and abroad. • Valid driving licence and access to a private vehicle.

The Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of complex projects – from initial planning through execution to successful delivery. This role includes direct and ongoing interaction with the customer, as well as close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as the technical lead, product managers, development teams, QA, procurement, contracts, and finance. The Project Manager will also interface with external subcontractors throughout the project. Success in this role requires excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across teams and deliver results effectively.
