Senior Full Stack Developer Tel Aviv/ Hybrid, We’re looking to hire our top talent Full Stack developer to help build and lead a state of the art product in the B2B Sales Tech Arena. You’ll work alongside our CTO, Yotam Sela, to build and shape our product to help make Aligned the next big thing in Sales-Tech. We are a young PLG startup that is very well funded, by top VCs, with very strong traction in a CRM scale market that is ready to be claimed. We’re moving fast and strategically, with great passion for sales-tech, having led top revenue teams ourselves for over 20 years combined. Skills and Experience • 4+ years of Javascript experience, ReactJS, Server-side rendering. • 4+ years of experience with NodeJS. • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Mongo, Redis). • Savvy in HTML/CSS, familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility. • High standard of code quality. • MSc, BSc in CS is an advantage. • Fluent English.

Here’s the full version together: What You’ll Do • Own design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, dev handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. You carry it. • Run 2–3 design workstreams in parallel without dropping the craft bar. Speed is a value here, not a side-effect. • Use AI tools throughout your design workflow - research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, spec writing. You compress design cycles without losing craft, and you have strong opinions about where AI helps and where it fails. • Build prototypes that test ideas faster than any spec doc could. • Contribute to and extend our design system. Use it, evolve it, document new patterns — leave it better than you found it. • Partner closely with PMs on problem framing and trade-offs, and with engineering on feasibility and pixel-level handoff. • Hold the UX quality bar across every screen that ships. The small details are not someone else's job. • Maintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline - we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language. Who We're Looking For: • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments. • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design. • Proven experience owning design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration. • Strong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. • Comfortable using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. • Fast and pragmatic, able to work across multiple parallel initiatives while focusing effort on the details that matter most. • AI-native, with AI tools integrated into your day-to-day design workflow. • Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution. • Self-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and a clear, structured communicator with strong async documentation habits. You will: • Own product areas and features across the full lifecycle, bringing clarity, structure, and strong product judgment from early discovery to measurable impact. • Run multiple workstreams in parallel while staying focused on the work that matters most and contributes directly to company goals. • Develop a deep understanding of user problems through customer conversations, competitive research, product analytics, and market insights. • Write clear, thoughtful PRDs that help design and engineering move quickly and make strong decisions. • Partner closely with design to create a high-quality UX, which we see as one of Aligned’s core advantages. • Collaborate with engineering on feasibility, scope, tradeoffs, and execution. • Connect product decisions to GTM strategy, customer value, and the way modern B2B buying teams actually make decisions. • Maintain strong async documentation and contribute to clear, effective team processes in a remote-first environment. • Use AI tools regularly to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day product work. Who we're looking for? • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments. • A proven track record of owning product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration. • Strong analytical thinking, with comfort using data, dashboards, KPIs, and research to guide product decisions. • Strong UX instincts and appreciation for product craft, interaction design, and user experience quality. • Business-oriented, with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, revenue impact, and GTM priorities. • Comfortable working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution. • Pragmatic and focused, able to separate signal from noise and prioritize the work that matters most. • Clear, structured communicator with strong written English and excellent async documentation habits. • Self-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment. • Clear career progression and interest in growing into broader product leadership over time. Fluent English is required. Hebrew is preferred.
